The sensory overload in the modern world makes it very difficult for normal people to think clearly and act without being influenced by external forces. There are several self-styled and spiritually educated gurus that promote yoga practice, meditation, and other mind control techniques to attain clarity of thought and purity in actions. Success from these practices is surely attainable but takes time and effort. Time is a luxury that very few of us possess to set aside for these practices.
I came across this new AI-generated, human-edited book Clear Thinking Made Simple – An AI’s guide to 100 techniques for seeing the world clearly without blind spots by the AI author Quin Voss. The 444-page volume with 100 chapters dedicated to explaining simple, practical, and actionable techniques to unscramble stimulations and think clearly is quite a treat to read. Unfortunately the book like most AI-generated works I have perused recently is not pleasing to the eye and makes for a drab layout and typesetting.
The book is organized into ten parts preceded by an introduction and followed by conclusion and four appendices. Each part is further divided into short easily readable information-rich chapters that present topics that help readers identify weaknesses, mental filters, focus on details, how to consider opposite perspectives, managing emotional bias, among others.
Overall, I would say the content of this book is very useful to all levels of readers, but unfortunately the typesetting and layout of the volume makes it a bit difficult to read. One must be motivated to change thinking patterns and get better otherwise completing this book can be difficult. It can be used as a reference work to be read when problems arise or clarity is needed to clear mental conundrums.

Think Clearer & Get Better Outcomes

This was a good book. Despite it being centered around the controversial topic of AI, I think this was a good book to show how useful AI can be. I recommend to anyone who needs to unravel their thought processes and move forward in life.
