Dave Ferguson has written another inspiring, practical, and immensely helpful book for pastors and congregation leaders. He reveals how important health is for the sake of the mission of the Gospel. Sometimes the material feels like good reminders, but then he provides insightful nuance that makes classic truths new. First half is great! Super practical. The RPMS alone are worth reading. Very helpful for how to not just talk about multiplication, but how to live lives worth multiplying. Creating systems to develop leaders and send them out into the harvest. Disagree with some ecclesiological things, but I think it’s largely helpful and good perspective to gain.

I got this book when I was at the Exponential Conference. This is a book that should not be read quickly, study it, make notes, and implement what it says. This book will make you feel excited but also nervous.
