This guide is an interesting read.
Pros: I love the scripts provided to help start the necessary conversations. I also enjoyed the table on reframing judgement to compassionate curiosity, and the entire chapter on executive functioning.

Cons: I do not like the strengths and challenges or neurotypical and neurodivergent differences tables. They are too narrow and stereotypical. Also, the writing and presentation is still catering to the neurotypical community.

The beauty of neurodiversity is each individual is unique. One autistic individual is completely different from another autistic individual. But in that same sense, every individual is different, which is why relationships (regardless of being neurotypical or neurodiverse) require constant work. I really think this workbook can benefit any type of relationship. The activities give you the opportunity to think through your own feelings and the scripts provide you the ability to approach the topic with your partner in a compassionate manner, verses coming across as accusatory.

Side note: Who is asking these questions in the FAQ? Some of the questions are very strange.
