Ashley Cooper always picks the wrong men to go out with. She loves her a bad boy. This time she picks a young man engaged in criminal activity. He runs illegal dog fighting.

Enzo is a Police Officer working undercover to find out who the Boss or head of the illegal dog fighting is. He keeps having to save Ashley from getting hurt then she starts helping him.

A really good book that I think you will enjoy.

Justice Unleashed is another terrific canine romantic suspense by Julie Miller. Vet Tech Ashley Cooper is on the bad date on steroids and ends up in a high stakes dog fight. Things take a turn but a tall, dark, and dangerous enforcer named Vinnie Gallo comes to her rescue.

If Ashley sounds familiar, she's the oldest daughter of Dr Hazel Cooper from K-9 Protector, who is now married to Jedediah Burke. Unbeknownst to Ashley bad guy Vinnie isn't such a bad guy. He's KCPD undercover officer Enzo Moretti and - you guessed it -- Jedediah is his boss.

Enzo is former army and his service dog Blitz doesn't really figure that much in the story as in other entries to the Protectors of K9 Ranch series and that's ok. We have plenty of time during the fast-paced story to get to know Ashley and Enzo. He's a good guy, still a little shell shocked from the service. Ashley has a bit of a history with bad guys. She can really pick 'em. But she has a caring heart and she has struck gold with Enzo.

Justice Unleashed has plenty of Julie Miller's signature excitement, heart, an intrepid heroine and a sexy, stalwart hero and a really fine mystery.

Oh, and puppies. Cute puppies. Really cute puppies.

This is definitely worth the read.

Has Ashley found her "bad boy"?

Ashley is attracted to the bad, the shady, those who court danger, but this time she finds herself deeper than she could ever have imagined. Enzo is undercover, playing the part of a bad boy enforcer but he nearly blows the op when Ashley walks in. Enzo is a complete enigma, we see so many different sides to him but my favourite has to be growly, possessive Enzo who worships not just Ash, but Blitz and the puppies too!
I enjoy every visit to K9 Ranch and whilst we only got a flying visit here I did enjoy both the check-in and this book. Will Polly get her book too?

As a fan of Julie Miller’s for many years, I am still pleasantly surprised each time she outdoes herself with a new story! I love that Ashley is such a strong woman, and that Enzo recognizes that about her and despite his desire to protect her, he lets her be who she is! I enjoy getting to revisit characters from previous books, and Julie certainly didn’t disappoint in that area. It’s hard to put down a story that includes a strong female, a hot, sexy, yet vulnerable guy, and , of course, puppies! I will definitely be adding this one to my kindle collection to reread often.

I really don't know how this author keeps coming out with amazing books. But she does. Ashley has a bad date and runs into Enso an undercover cop.During a dog fighting event. He gets hurt when bullets flies he does try and protect her and she takes him back to the vets office where she works with her mom. Its after hours she stitches him up. They both like each other, and there is dogs and Bliss. I got you hooked now. Trust me you will want to read this one. I did receive a copy of this book from the author, but I also pre-ordered a Kindle Copy. Yes it's that good. This book is another hit.

Great addition to the series. The story is well paced with well developed characters. It has enough twists to keep you guessing and the MFC didn’t make an out of character move which put her in danger which if often a technique used by other authors. I always enjoy Julie Miller’s books and have read the entire series. While there are relationships that carryover from the previous books, this could be read stand alone.

Justice Unleashed book 6 of The Protectors at K-9 Ranch by Julie Miller is one fantastic book. I loved the dogs, Blitz, Tank and Luna. Ashley and Enzo were a great couple together even though she thought he was a bad guy. In the end, everything worked out great. I want to thank Julie Miller for sending me a book to review. This story was a roller coaster ride from beginning to end! There’s Enzo, one tough, emotionally scarred, undercover cop who meets Ashley, a sassy, trouble-finding, vet tech, on a job when things go sideways. Not in Ashley’s favor either. What followed was a great story packed with intrigue and secrets, and so much more. Also, Enzo’s dog Blitz was an absolute sweetheart!
