This book started in the middle of the story and I was a bit confused at the start. But then, 25-30% in, the story picked up and the pace was non-stop. Lots of twists - some I wasn’t expecting. I really enjoyed this second chance romance, murder mystery. Eve and Darius are a couple that is just meant to be. It can definitely be read stand alone as I had forgotten several of the characters from the previous books. Enjoyed the mini side relationship between Theo and Winnie.
