Purgatory is a curious place. A way station for undecided Souls. Bureaucratic, perplexing, and ambiguous. Not a destination of choice. Especially L Section, abode for Liars, Losers, and Leeches. But even these Souls must transition. Both Sides vie for them but is one way really better than the other? Is anything really what it seems?
E. M. Lohr, a recycled husband, is a man of many layers (can you say onion, of the spicy variety). Officially retired from writing regulations for the federal government and work in general, he indulges even more in the world of reading and writing fiction. He lives in the gorgeous countryside of West Virginia and when he is not playing on the tractor, he is practicing cooking for his lovely bride.
A fascinating and witty new spin on Purgatory! I loved the character interactions and hearing the stories of the different souls that the Administrator encountered. And the twist at the end really caught me by surprise!
