SILK Volume is the fourth and final installment in KM Scott’s SILK erotic romance serial focusing on actress Kristina Richards and author Ian Anwell. Told from alternating first person points of view (Ian and Kristina) SILK volume 4 finds Ian on the run. When Ian discovers the truth about Kristina’s time away, he is no longer able to control the demons and leaves for places unknown. As Kristina navigates through the fall out, she makes it her mission to find Ian and beg for the forgiveness she does not deserve. What ensues is an erotic reaffirmation of their love but all does not end well for our leading couple.

The relationship continues to be volatile, explosive and almost co-dependent. You can’t deny there is a definite sexual need between Kristina and Ian but saying that I do not see anything beyond the heat and need. The $ex scenes are graphic and erotic. The characters are emotional and heartbreaking. There is plenty of frustration with the back and forth, push and pull between Kristina and Ian.

The conclusion to KM Scott’s SILK serial finds our couple facing an uncertain future but the epilogue fast forwards the timeline by three years, and in the ensuing time life has changed dramatically for Kristina and Ian. Friendships will change; a new direction in life will have to be addressed, but in the end Kristina and Ian will get their happily ever after

I love Ian Anwell!!!! He is my new book-boyfriend. Ian is a very damaged man with such a gentle soul craving to be loved, which got me hook, line & sinker!!! Ian & Kristina 's love affair had many peaks n valleys but their undeniable love for each other sustained them through it all to achieve their blissful & exponentially well deserved HEA! I loved how a book is crafted within a book during this fabulous, emotion provoking story. Well done K M Scott!!!!!

As I've said in previous reviews... This story is ripping my heart out but there is a beautiful light at the end of this twisting & turning story of love, lust, obsession & addiction! I promise all the heartache is worth it. This was a difficult ride, not a perfect love story but I a story of deep love! Kristina & Ian are much stronger than you'll ever image!❤️

Emotions are so high here. Will Kristina manage to get Ian back, even when finding him wasn't that easy? They got back together in the middle of huge blizzard! During their way home had happened an accident that left both of them broken and scared about what will he or she think about them in that state. Kristina hide herself in Sienna's home - will she manage to forget about accident and what happened after it?
Check it out in great last part of this serial!

An intense, emotional, frustrating, heartbreaking and finally satisfying read…

This is the fourth and final volume of the Silk serial which should be read in order.

After leaving the city for his cabin upstate, Ian tries to get over Kristina. An impossible task for she is everything to him, she became his reason for actually living life instead of existing through it. Some of what happened he knows he can forgive but not everything. He’s angry and in too much pain to even communicate with Kristina yet nothing can get her out of his thoughts, not even what he should be craving but doesn’t.

Kristina can’t leave things as they were. She loves Ian and will do anything to get him to forgive her. This time she’s not running from him but to him when he doesn’t answer her calls or texts. She’ll fight for the love they have even when he tries to turn her away upon seeing her at his cabin.

These two cannot be in the same space without their obsession with and addiction to each other taking over their emotions. That they love each other was never in doubt but the mistakes have to cease for this relationship to survive. There were so many times throughout this story that this reader wanted to scream at the mistakes they made. Their insecurities always surfaced keeping them from the simple communication they needed but then these are two broken people trying to make love work, love is never easy even for those not broken.

I cannot believe what happened to them next, just as things were on an upswing again. With all that they have been through to then have fate do such a horrible thing to them blew this reader’s mind. It was heartbreaking. How many challenges does love have to suffer through? Upon reflection perhaps what occurred needed to happen, the state of the lives they lived had to change, something had to give so they wouldn’t continue the same cycles. And this time it was Ian fighting for their love.

The ending was perfect for this couple, their suffering strengthened them and because their love was true though imperfect and flawed, it survived all of it. This read was intense, emotional, frustrating, heartbreaking and finally satisfying. Well done! And thank you K.M. Scott for releasing the final three volumes together, waiting for the next pieces would have killed me. I definitely enjoyed reading them back to back more than I would have having had to wait for more.

Very emotional story with some twists that will make your heart break!

This book begins exactly where Volume Three ended, with Ian leaving after knowing what happened and Kristina trying to get in contact with him.

Ian is a broken man... no wonder, after everything he's gone through! My first thought was that he would fall again into addiction. But then as the story evolved, I saw a stronger and braver Ian, that even with his broken heart couldn't forget his love for Kristina.
No way I'm going to spoil this story with more detail, this is too good, you need to read it!

After reading the Four Volumes of this series, I just can say that this is a wonderful, heartbreaking, addictive story of love, lust, regrets and second chances.
All four volumes are well written, very detailed, in dual POV, making us understand exactly whats going through the characters mind.

One of the best stories I read so far!

Once again, Ian and Kristina are separated, they seem to keep turning away from one another instead of towards one another. But there seems to be one big difference in this book, Ian seems to be stronger, tougher, and more determined. Kristina, realizes her mistakes, and she is really trying to face them, regardless of the outcome.
This series has been a very emotional roller coaster ride loaded with ups and downs. There have been twists and turns along the way, that either made me cry, made me angry, or made me happy. I want to thank K.M. Scott, for writing a love story that is totally different from any I have ever read. It was a heart wrenching read at times, that focused on love, lust, obsession, addiction and need. She took two characters that were flawed and brought them together, not in a perfect union, but one that makes you realize if you want something bad enough, you will fight for it, and win. It is a story of two people, who know they will have to face more obstacles, both at the same time, they are not afraid to face them.
Loved Ian and Kristina, and I give this entire series, FIVE scorching hot stars!!!

I find myself not able to write a review on each of the silk books but I can has a whole. from book 1 I knew that this was going to be different and how right I was. I felt it not a fantasy series but as everyday real life struggles that face real people and how this couple no matter what life threw their way true love over comes all. I found myself mad at some parts and crying at the others.thank you for once again sharing your talent with everyone who reads this

oh my goodness. I am glad it's finally over. The lies, the deceit, the addiction, the constant chasing, the darkness. I'm exhausted. The book ended and I was depressed, not because it was over, because the book took such a drastic turn in the end that left me heartbroken. No more Ian and Kristina. Ms. Scott is an excellent writer and story teller! However, this series left me not wanting more. I'm thinking that's what she was shooting for.

I hate giving middle stars but this was lacking something..I LOVE this author but the story was just lacking. The characters were whiney and just lacked the strength I felt they needed to get through their lives. There were some good things like the scenes were hot! They definitely had chemistry and you could tell they were addicted to each other. I wish we would have had a but more of Kristina's story.

Its definitely worth the ride to read.

Great conclusion of Ian and Kristina’s love story. There are some beautiful and emotional conversations between Ian and Kristina. They want to be together and have a future together. No more secrets between them. There is a twist that I didn’t expect and I wondered how this part was going to end. It was solved quickly, so I was happy. I did wished there was epilogue, because I wanted more about their future. I did like the last chapter a lot.

What a great ending to Ian and Kristina's story. Two troubled souls battling their own demons who learn to trust each other. Through all their trials and tribulations they still had a deep love for each other. Thank you K.M. Scott for another great story.

4.5 stars. Wow. Ian and Kristina had to really work for a happily ever after. I liked these serials as the story was truly unique which is hard in this market with so many different books. I doubt I will ever read another story like this. Good conclusion to the books.
