An insightful and interesting read that details what haunted objects are and the different types of energy attached to them and how they could have become to be so. There is a journal section that you can fill in to help.
I liked that this book was so detailed, also showing some haunted objects and sharing the history behind them. The author has a serious interest and is very knowledgeable. Not a long read, but it was enjoyable and educational.
