As I awaken to this new night, I have no idea what Theoden has planned for me. I know there are more lessons he wants to teach me… I just don’t know how painful… or how pleasurable they will be. As Noel submission becomes acceptance, the story is getting hotter and lesser violent.
Still have some triggers, again I warn, it's not for everyone.
Now, Noel is going to meet the dragons, and after that encounter, the scenes are funny and sexy.



He still has a lot to prove to Theoden and some punishments to take, as Theoden can read his mind and Noel's thoughts are funny, well not to the master...



Since they are sex vampires, they give pleasure to the humans instead of pain (when they only feed on them).
And as this is Noel's journey to become a vampire and accept his sexuality and attraction for males, his path is hard...
But not as hard as Donovan and Michael.
Donovan was a priest and Michael a teacher, but Noel is the only virgin, they all were raped before they were sired, so he's desired for all, the eternal virgin.

This segment reminded me about how much I love dragons. Not just any old dragons, but hot sexy, dominant dragons that feed on lust and sex. But, don’t get me wrong, because there is a lot more to these dragons than just sex!

We know Théoden is half vampire/half dragon. He is the Lord of the Fifth District, the highest of the other four districts, so he is pretty highly ranked. In other words, he is one heck of a bad ass. Up to this point, we have only really seen his vampire side and what that means to Noel and his place in the vampire hierarchy. Well, that all changes this time around when Théoden decides it’s time to take Noel out into public.

Noel still has a few minor setbacks, but nothing that isn’t quickly fixed with a few sharp reminders from Théoden or his “brothers.” He is taken to feed, which he still has a few issues with, but he gives into this more quickly now that the repercussions are so fresh in his mind.

Then, they are off to give Noel a treat. Yes, Théoden is feeling generous this time around, though he still never fully gives up that edge of control he exudes. So, anyhoo, they go to visit Théoden’s best bud, Tylendel, a Knight of the Dragon Realm. There is obviously a lot of history with these two, though we only get a tiny glimpse. Ty is a pretty potent dragon, and he shows that when he pushes Théoden’s limits and goes a bit too far with Noel, much to Théoden’s aggravation. He is alpha, mysterious and extremely sexy. Let’s just say, these dragons have some kind of special skills. I cannot wait to learn more about Ty and the other supes in future episodes.

So, I loved that we are moving beyond the training point and learning more about the other creatures in this world. Noel is finally getting a little closer to Théoden and his brothers, which is shown in various ways throughout this short segment. As with the others before it, Control is a fast-paced, highly charged story that can easily be read in one sitting. This is a serial, but don’t worry about having to wait long for the next episode, as Nicholas has been on a pretty tight schedule, feeding them to us about every two weeks. If you’re tired of fluffy supes, definitely give this fabulous series a try.

Well...I got my daily fix.  



Nicholas Bella has created one hell of a world with this and left nothing to the imagination.  I am not sure how anything could shock me in the future after reading the scenes depicted in this series.  Noel has submitted to this world completely, and on top of that the dragons have entered the picture. And what an impact they have made. WOW!  Theoden while all controlling is just an awesome character and I am eagerly awaiting getting into this bastard's head come season 2.

I have absolutely no idea who will like this and who will not.  It is beyond my judgement at this point.  Reminder that this is NOT a romance.

Why do I start these serials when I know that they will annoy me? It must be because when it comes to really dark and gritty reads, this is where all the good stuff is.

Nicholas Bella has had me addicted from the first word of the first chapter of this riveting tale and I wait impatiently for each new piece of this story.

The pace of this is wonderful, and I find myself devouring them, and then waiting for the next begins.

Episode five has Noel reaping the rewards of his new-found submission to his new life. There's a couple of new characters in this one and a ton of sex. Some things in this one are a bit darker than in the previous ones, but it flows nicely with Theoden's lifestyle and ways.

There's no cliffhanger to this one at all. Not even a hint of what's to come in the next book, but the reader will just have to pick it up and start reading if they want to know what happens next.

The reader learns a bit more about Donovan and Michael in this episode as well, and it may help to melt the ice around the reader's heart for Donovan.

I look forward to reading Acceptance, episode six in this series.

Like an addict I crave for every next installment of the CID series by Nicholas Bella!!
Following Noel on his way out of the last remaining pieces of his humanity into his new fate as property and pet of his Master, Theoden, is intriguing and exciting in more than one way. I love his inner fights to hold on to those little pieces that are left of him and his past as human, his strength to try and to fight against Theoden and his whole new feelings towards his maker...they're catching and you nearly feel it, too, and more important: you feel for him. But in this book you see finally that it is just this what's left of Noel: pieces. Noel begins to see and to feel the inevitable...
And of course there is Theoden. Like Noel you just can't obey his presence and all rough hot and sexy Vampire Lord he is from head to toe. To learn more about him in this book made me more than curious about this sexy half-Dragon-half-Vampire hunk. With his old friend Tylendel, a delicious Dragon by the way, Theoden seems to have a past I am curious about to hear of, and of their future plans of couse. And hopefully we will learn more of Ty in the installments to follow. Just thinking about Theodens and Noels visit at Ty's makes my mouth dry and me speechless again!! Not thinking about their urgent way home afterwards and Noels trying to "cool down" again... Holy damn hell!!
And now I soooo can't wait to get the final book of this season in my shaking greedy hands. I long for to know if Noel fully accepts his new fate...

Nicholas Bella gets me hooked again and again with every new book in this awesome series and satisfies my darkest and naughtiest dreams I never would expect from myself to even have!! Please keep going on with it!!

This is definitely a dark taboo read that will keep you on the edge of your seat wondering what is going to happen next?

Noel can breath easier well ok maybe not breath. But if he does as he supposed to he will have an easier existence. His Sire is the very sexy Lord Theoden is finally pleased with him, A feat that Noel truly had to work for. The Punishments brought, the submission taken, the Lessons taught Noel finally sees that he is fighting a battle he wont win. After waking from "the bonding" with his father and brothers...he is called to his Masters "boot" his Master offers him a olive branch, if he can get through this one last thing... the degrading female anatomy names goes away... the less than manly names he is called by both his Sire and brothers go away.
Theoden takes Noel "out to dinner" (smirks just a bit) and then to a friends place to show if off. Noel acceptance of his life slips a few times in this book, but he is learning quite fast to Control his thoughts and responses. He even learns from his Eldest brother a fact or two about Donavan and Michael prolly the two least favorites of his new very touched family. On his outing with his Lord and Master Noel will get a couple more lessons.

again... Nicholas talents intrigues me. The Dark mixed with the paranormal just amazing, for me a Wow Factor.... The books are short quick and to the point, they are not stand alone's but so worth grabbing them and reading them in order. This is the first season, Ive one more book left before Season Two and I am already anticipating.... yep my addiction, Id' recommend this to anyone that loves the dark reads. Im sure you will enjoy it.

OMG YOU HAVE TO READ THIS BOOK IN THE CHAINED IN DARKNESS SERIES!!!! I rec'd an ARC from the author Nicholas Bella in exchange for an honest opinion. This is mousieys very honest opinion of "CONTROL -CHAINED IN DARKNESS. So far we have discussed EMBRACED -PUNISHMENT AND LESSONS . This book is called CONTROL IN DARKNESS. We have seen Noel go through alot so far. He has been embraced into the Vampire society, where the greatest house of vampires live. Then in punishment we saw where Noel was put through alot of punishment die to his decisions before he became a vampire. In the 3rd book we saw Noel being taught a series of lessons. Now here we are on the 4th book, this one is called CONTROL. Noel is learning that like all children their parent(s) have absolute control over him. Noel learns that he even though he does not like what is happening to him. He finds himself giving himself over to his sire Theodus. Noel does not like what is happening to himself. He can not get over the fact that he is slowly being drawn into his new life style.
I am so intrigued by this amazing and wonderful story. It is shows the very dark and erotic side of vampires. Once you start reading this series you will not want to stop.
I recommend this book for those over the age of 18 and like paranormal ertica . Mousiey gives a rating of 40 out of 5 stars for this book.

So hot, yet so violent! This series is just wow... It is both horrifying and highly erotic. It's a good thing Noel is a vampire, as there would be no way that he would be able to survive all of the lessons that he is put through throughout the series. This book is so incredibly violent, I wouldn't recommend it for a squeamish reader! I still need to Google his piercings...what I'm picturing just doesn't seem right, lol.

I've said it before, I really don't like serial novels...this would've been much better as a full novel. Sure, it would've been 5 or 600 pages, but still. It's hard enough to wait for the next book in a series, even more so when the author stops an episode in the middle of a scene. This author DOES do that, so I recommend that if you're going to get one, get them all, or at least be prepared to. You're going to want them.

I've been offered the chance to review the first book of the next season. I had to read these before I filled out the form, I definitely want to see where this series goes. However, I'm reluctant, since I know that it's only the one book that's available and it will be torture waiting for the rest of the series... I can only hope that the author will have mercy on me and there will be no deadline, so I can wait for them all to be available to read them all at once.

This fifth book in the series takes our new vampire to a whole new level. After he has finally submitted to Theoden, he was told that today was going to be special. Donovan enlightens Noel to a few truths, but Noel still cannot seem to not stir the pot and is educated by Donovan of his place. Noel is finally going to be able to earn his manhood back if he can take a monster punishment from Theoden. With help from one of his brothers, he finally receives a bit of dignity. Tonight, Theoden has big plans for him and is taking him out, alone. Behaving at their first stop for blood, Noel has no idea what is coming for him when Theoden takes him to be “fed” by a dragon. Tylendel is a very old, very powerful Dragon, and Noel is going to be taken to places sexually that he has never even dreamed of. When Tylendel gives him more than was expected, his Sire and brothers reap the rewards.
This installment is so smoking hot, you might want to bring a cold drink a towel to mop up afterwards. This is the hottest one yet, you have been warned. Enjoy!

Book 5 in this series. Theoden and Noel engage in a power exchange. Noel's submission in the last book elevated his status to one of the brothers vs just their toy to play with, bend and break. Noel's not free though, he has to respect the hierarchy of his brothers and his Master, Theoden. He must follow their commands. Theoden continues to compel Noel, under threat of more lessons if he resists (he melted his tongue with silver and forced him to feed off children in prior novellas), to participate in the vampire life and experience what it means to be a part of Theoden's family. Add in the spice of dragon allure....Theoden is half dragon and takes Noel to meet a full dragon, Tylendel. The results are off the charts chemistry between the 3 of them, an act I wasn't even aware existed, and an insatiable Noel. Still wish the books were longer...enjoyed the read but it was pretty freaky.

Noel seems to be coming to terms with his new life. His acceptance allows him to question Theoden (respectively of course) and gain answers about his new vampirism. Dragon Venom... wow. That's all I can say.

Extremely erotic, the Chained In Darkness series is graphically and impressively written. The books are very aptly named, and each book flows directly into the next, make sure that you read them in order.

Overall this is a really good story, I would recommend it to anyone interested in m/m, multiple party relations and the S/M lifestyle.

Vampires & Dragons OH MY!!

Noel is accepting more and more and we learn so much more about the world he inhabits as well as others in his family. Theoden even allows Noel some fun when they visit one of his dragon friends. Wow… that is an intense sexual scene with more than I expected. His bond within his family grows even more in this chapter.
My favorite quote from the series comes from here..
“The things I should be repulsed by were turning me on the most.”

I really enjoyed this book because even though there was still a lot of sex (and it's hot!) the story is starting to come together. We get to see the city and how the humans, vampires, werewolves and dragons live. We even get to meet a dragon! Noel seems to have submitted completely to Theoden and his brothers and he definitely likes what they do to him. There's only one book left in this series and i'll be sad when it's done. Really fun story.

This is my 5th book I've read so far in this erotic/intriguing series and I would have to say it's probably one of my favorites so far! This particular book Control brought some humor into it and a new character Tylendel the dragon who had a wicked sense of humor regarding his sweet venom!! This book also reconfirms that Theoden really does love his boys even though it may be tough love at times and some of his sense of humor came out too in this book.

Another great add to the series. I really like where this series is going with each book we get more of Noel and his struggles to find his new self. Trying to fight a loosing battle against his Sire and paying the price. Slowly he's changing the way he thinks and feels. Add in some Dragons like Tylendel and it will probably be your favorite so far. Sexy, Kinky and crazy, the New Haven world is expanding and I can't wait for the next.
