He dreamed of a flawless queen. What he gets is a woman who is fierce, flawed… and unforgettable.
Lexi Vine has built a life of strength and success despite the scars she bears—both on her face and in her heart. A brilliant equine vet and the proud owner of Vinemagic Horse Farms, she knows exactly who she is. But the loneliness lingers… along with the haunting dreams of a deep-voiced Scottish stranger who feels more real than fantasy.
When her grandmother’s tarot cards nudge her toward destiny, Lexi finds herself thrust into 18th-century Scotland's land of the Fae—and straight into the arms of Prince Jeros of the Seventh Realm, the so-called “Prince of Perfection.” He’s charming, powerful, and expecting a flawless fated mate promised by prophecy. Lexi is not what he imagined.
Though magic binds them, Lexi refuses to give her heart to a man who recoils at her scars. But Jeros soon discovers the true depth of her power and spirit. As war brews and ancient creatures rise—unicorns, dragons, and fiercely loyal Fae tigers that adore Lexi and pledge to do her bidding—Jeros must prove that he’s learned that love sees far deeper than appearances.
Can the Prince of Perfection earn the heart of the woman destiny chose for him? Or will Lexi walk away from the dream she never dared to believe could be hers?

Maeve Greyson is a USA TODAY bestselling author, Amazon Top 100 bestseller, Amazon All Star, multiple RONE Award winner, and a multiple HOLT Medallion Finalist.
Her mantra is this: No one has the power to shatter your dreams unless you give it to them.
She and her husband of over forty-five years traveled around the world while in the U.S. Air Force. Now they're settled in rural Kentucky where Maeve writes about her courageous heroes and the fearless women who tame them. Sometimes her stories are historical romances, time travel romances, or escapist romantasies, but the one thing they always have in common is a satisfying happily ever after. When she’s not plotting the perfect snare, she can be found herding cats, grandchildren, and her husband—not necessarily in that order.
A beautifully written book! It was excilerating and interesting. The characters were amazing. I love that it had dragons in the adventure!!! I really loved how she could communicate with all the animals. Thanks for sharing such an awesome story!!!
Read this entire series and enjoyed each book. They are fun, cozy romantasy novels. The characters and situations are interesting and love is found even when it involves traveling through time.
This was a really really good fantasy. Great characters and very solid story line. Love how Lexi was so strong and how she grew to accept herself. Jeros grew to be a great king. Well worth my time.
The series just keeps getting better! This is my favorite, so far! Character development was right on, drew me in and I couldn’t stop till the book was done! Theros and Lexie are perfect together and the kittie, love him! Looking forward to more!
I have really enjoyed three books of this series. Each one has different characters and story lines as well as super natural beings. You don't need to read them in order or even the whole series. Each one can act as a stand alone novel. None of them so far have been quite like most Romantacies. Enjoy your unique trip through Scotland.
It was a struggle to read the three books in this series. This one was the best of them, mainly because it focused on the MCs and not the magical side of things. Still ridiculous at some points and even the FMC was once given the wrong name. I’m not sure why these books are rated so highly. Maybe it was the unicorn births or the talking dragons.
I am always amazed and thrilled at all of her books. Even though the series is time travel, every book is different and awesome . I've never been able to enjoy watching a movie twice or reading a book twice. Until I found Maeves books. I love them. I be good with less sex but it's ok.
Maeve Greyson is a master of fantasy and romance. This book made me smile, and cry and laugh while reading this novel. Anyone reading this will wish they could meet the characters in person. There should be a movie made from this story!
I loved this story. It was made even more magical when the animals were added. I knew immediately when the cat appeared it was going to be a good story. I am enjoying this series very much.
This book was so good!! I loved the characters and the plot of the Story was wonderful! MS Greyson Incorporates fantasy with real life so well. I hated to see the book end!

Incredible story of love ,war, and believing in one’s self through adversity.A remarkable lesson in truth, trust, and going beyond disfigurement. Seeing through the eyes of another.
I have enjoyed every book in this series, but this one was by far the best. The hurdles to overcome and of course the connection between the characters made it an enjoyable read. I highly recommended this book.

But Jeros soon discovers the true depth of her power and spirit making him fall in love with a mate that is perfect to him. As war brews and ancient creatures rise Jeros sees that unicorns, dragons, and Lexi's fae tiger all adore her and will do anything to help her. Maeve Greyson is absolutely fantastic. This author knows exactly what her readers want. This book has it all. An amazing heroine, an incredible hero, and some animals that are too good to be true. I read this book in no time because I really enjoyed it. Think of your modern day woman, your fae prince, and some amazing animals that don't exist now and you have the best book ever. All in all if you love fantasy you have to read this book. It's just that good.
The very creative and talented author, Maeve Greyson, has written a marvelous series that blends three of my favorite things: Time-travel, Romantasy and excellent main characters! I highly recommend it! Now I’m on my way to see if book 4 has been released yet.
