***** 4 'Something Special' Stars *****

description

This is the third book in the series, and it is all in Lucca's POV. The story flows so nicely that it almost feels like a standalone. The majority of the book takes place in Tuscany (Book 1). And then SJ Molloy brilliantly ties it back to the end of Book 2.

I normally don't have the patience to read books that are in the other character's POV, but I do not regret reading this because there were some new events (and some new enemies) in the story. I cannot wait to get my hands on the next book.

☆ I received an ARC by Book Enthusiast PR in exchange for an honest review. Thank you! ☆

“She is my angel, breath-stealer, love at first sight, my dolcezza, beautiful, and everything else in between.”

Lucca’s Lust was an ingenious picturization into the mindset of Mr. Lucca Caruso.

Lucca’s POV on things is quite enigmatic and intriguing as we get to see his take on things from Lussuria , his world, his take on past and present events, as well as venture into preceding ventures looking to take place in bk4.

Author S.J. Molloy really entreats us readers as we are instantly enraptured into the light and darkness of what is Lucca and his ever-questing love and devotion to his dolcezza, Lexi. Makes you fall in love over and over with Lucca once more!!

Can't wait for Luminoso, Ms. Molloy!

“It is effortless, once you find the right dolcezza. For me, it is all about keeping my love in my light, and when I found Lexi, I knew she was the love…L’amore.”

Book Review: Lucca's Lust: The Luminara Series Book 3
Author: SJ Molloy
FOUR STARS
This third book in the Luminara series is from Lucca's point of view. Very different perspective than the first two books but just as good as the first two books. Getting to know Lucca on a much more personal level makes you understand why he has acted the way he has in the first couple books. I am really enjoying this series. Yes the books are lengthy and very detailed. But it is all very much part of the story.

Love Lucca!

Loved reading Lucca's point of view. Having an even clearer insight into his feelings and his lust and love for his dolcezza was breathtaking. We are also given a better understanding of his regrets, fears and insecuritiesl from his past tragedies. Another great book in The Luminara series.

It was nice reading it from Lucca point of view. You don't get the full gist of it from his end in the first two books. Now I'm wondering who's betraying Lucca and helping David.... I'm praying it's not Marco. I voluntarily received an an advanced copy of this is book for a honest review

I usually really hate reading stories from just a different point of view. I usually get bored reading a story twice. However, with this story it gets under you skin and leaves you wanting to know more. Lucca's point of view is very good. It gives us an insight to why he is the way he is. Without giving anything away, I would never have thought he went through what he did.

This book also answers a few questions that was unanswered from the first two books.

It wasn't like reading the same story twice because they are bothe completely different and I think that's what kept me hooked. I am now going on to book 4 tonight.

Before reading this you must read book one, Lussuria and book two, L'Amore.

This book was so needed. I loved these two characters and was super happy to get to read more about them. This is chapters of Lussuria told in Luccas point of view. We read about his thoughts and emotions about Lexi. I really felt as if I was going through these emotions with him. I didn't think it was possible to love Lucca even more but I do now. I just love love love this sexy Italian.

I want to give great praise to the author for such a brilliant story. Looking forward to reading more from this author.

This is the third book in the Luminara series, and the previous two needs to be read first. This story concentrates on chapters of Luminara told in Lucca’s point of view. This gives the reader an insight and understanding into Lucca’s thoughts and emotions regarding Lexi, and what motivated him to make the decisions which he did.
SJ Molloy has done a brilliant job in the writing of this storyline, and each book just seems to get better and better. I recommend this authors work for all, and I cannot wait to read more of her work.

So...with this one, SJ Molloy is teasing us! There we are after the events of book two, L'amore, waiting to see what happens next and then we get Lucca's story! Which by the way I LOVED! You certainly need to have read both book one and two prior though so be warned....this is not a standalone series!

This one takes us right back to the beginning, Lucca's beginning, and despite causing me some frustration to begin with, it is absolutely worth it. In this book we see so much more of Lucca. We fill in the blanks of his past, see what conversations he had with those throughout the previous two books and exposes us to his own fragility and historical hurts. It also leaves us aware there are more secrets to be revealed to Lexi and with her past haunting her, the revelation of more can only have us as readers wondering whether a true HEA is ever on the cards for this intense and damaged couple!

That being said, I am left hopeful and Lucca's POV of Lexi and events we have previously seen makes t so worthwhile! I loved seeing how Lucca saw Lexi, how he fell for his fragile angel and how he intends to protect, fight for her and love her no matter what life throws at them!

This one is just as intense a read as the previous two and be warned....every emotion possible plays out for the reader here as we laugh, cry and scream in agony and frustration. I can't wait to see where book four leads us....I have my fingers crossed for a happy ending but I guess only time will reveal their fate!

My Review of Lucca's Lust (Luminara #3)
by S.J. Molloy
My Rating 3.5 Stars

Lucca’s Lust is the third book in this series and is by no means a standalone.
Lucca’s Lust given to us from Lucca’s POV. I enjoyed getting an insider’s view of just how this man felt, how deep his love went, his thoughts. This man is sexy, protective and his love runs deep. This installment was a great read and now I can’t wait for the next book!

Lucca's Lust, book 3 of the Luminara series was such a surprise! Written in Lucca's perspective, it gives you such a great insight into Lucca. Brings to light things you had no idea happened to him. Shows you how truly and deeply he cares for Lexi.

I think so far this is my favorite book in this series. I cannot wait to read the conclusion to everything that happens between Lucca and Lexi, and Michael Parks!

Oh Lucca... this series is ripping me apart so far... but I can’t pull away from it. Lucca and Lexi’s story so far is not a light story. Again, this is not a stand-alone, definitely recommend reading the first two books before this!!

This books was written from Lucca’s perspective, so the first three books got a really good recap ready for the fourth one.
It was interesting to be able to understand some of his perspectives into some of the events which had happened over the course of the series so far.
I really need to read the next part though, I need to know what happens. It really is killing me to not know now!!

This is the 3rd book in the Luminara series, I do recommend reading them in order. We get to learn more of Lucca’s background and perhaps the reasons for the choices he made in regards to Lexi. The story has lots of drama and suspense and so much emotion, I was hooked from the beginning to end. I really liked it!

I really enjoyed seeing things from Lucca's perspective, you could really understand how he felt about Lexi and how she consumed him. It was also good to see his pov when discovering Lexi's past it made it seem more real, again a sensitive issue was handled brilliantly. There were parts of the book that I got so invested in and really felt what Lucca was feeling. Can't wait for more.

10 Fantastic heartfelt Stars but 5 on here

I was given this book for my honest review.

Waterfalls have a fascination about them. As the water comes down from above it becomes an endless and timeless cycle of water. Just as a circle has no beginning and no end a waterfall has a timeless sense of calmness, a sense of serenity and awe. To the naked eye it is pretty and surreal but at the same time it becomes a sense of love for the eternity it provides in the endless cycle.

This is the 3rd book in the Luminara series and should be read in order.

Lucca-strong, vital, hunky

Lexi-guarded, pretty

Lucca is a man that can have any woman that he dreams possible. He has loved, lost and bounced back again although he has hidden secrets that run so deep in his soul that are frightening to the core to most but becomes strength in him and others around him. Will this man find love that is so deepening that his heart can only explode for one? Will this man be able to set aside his fears and be able to find the love that is deeper than his fears?

Lexi is a woman that comes from a scarred past. Opening her heart has never been easy for her. Running from feelings and scared of the past has kept her heart in an ice crystal never to be melted or does it? Can her ice crystal be melted by one man? Will she be able to share her feeling and overcome the unknown that is lurking at every corner?

Lucca and Lexi’s journey is not an easy one by far. As we read this awe of fascination we come to understand that both Lucca and Lexi have fears that can only be tamed by each with the passion in the bedroom, the lava looks and touches by one another their sense of calmness and love shows. The ignition to eternity and fascination becomes one as the fears and the lights of the past become distant if not for a moment in time. With Lexi’s past and Lucca wanting to protect her at any cost will this couple find their eternity forever? Will they both sacrifice the love that they have or will they both conqueror it as one? Will ultimate sacrifices be made to keeping the ignition going or will it dissolve? Will Lucca open his fears and scarred past to Lexi and will Lexi understand that they are not broken wings but mending wings that have been brought together as one angel? This is their journey.

Did I mention that the sex is still a major explosion within these pages?

To the author: You have again amazed me, dazzled me and left me in awe. You have brought yet another issue into the pages that left me shocked but in a good way. People now a day’s don’t take the time to really to understand a man’s point of view what they are thinking, feeling. The man’s mind is a complicated yet simple one so we believe. In this book you have showed a human side of a man that even though we think may be complicated but simple he actually may be the glue that holds everything together whether we tend to see or believe it. Thank you for giving this reviewer the fascination, the awe and the OH WOW factor.

To the readers: Please pick up this book this journey between Lexi and Lucca where you become enthralled within the pages. Cry and be shocked and amazed and at the end will be in awe.

Happy Reading

Wow!!!! I absolutely loved this book. I fell in love with Lucca Caruso from the moment I picked up Lussuria and started reading his and Lexi's story. In Lussuria Lexi tore my heart out, made me gasp in horror, and cry in pain. Then Lucca came and he repaired it with his love for his Dolcezza, Lexi. In L'amore I once again had my heart shredded by Lexi's past and feared at times for her and Lucca's relationship but Lucca and his love along with friends were there to help them through. So far every book in this series has torn my heart in some form or another and Lucca has always come along and repaired it with his love for Lexi and this book is no different.

Lucca's love for his angel, his Dolcezza is an all consuming one. He would do anything for Lexi as she is his everything. Through this book we are given a more in depth look into Lucca's feelings and thoughts where Lexi is concerned. The chemistry between these two is amazing and jumps off the the page almost burning you up as you read.

S.J. you have truly done it again with this book. I laughed, cried, laughed, and then cried some more while reading this book. From seeing their relationship unfold through Lucca's eyes and how much he truly loves Lexi, to his therapy session with Casey Huddersfield which reveals so much about his fears, to his interview at the end I was consumed with his words. Thank you so much for giving us the beginning of Lexi and Lucca's all consuming love story in Lucca's own words. I can't wait for Luminoso to be released and am sitting on the edge of my seat in anticipation after the ending of this book.

If you haven't bought this book yet and read it I recommend doing that now. Remember before reading Lucca's Lust you first need to read Lussuria (Book #1) and L'amore (Book #2). This is a series and Lexi and Lucca are a couple you will surely fall in love with and never forger.

File L for the Love and Lust I have for Lucca

File A for Anticipation of Luminoso

File F for Fangirling over S.J. Molloy

Lucca Caruso has the life that every guy wishes they had; money, his own business, and women falling at his feet for one night with him. What Lucca doesn’t have is someone to share his life with. The ones he cared about are gone, and never coming back. He is constantly reminded
of the ones that he has lost, and struggles to move on with his life. Everything changes when he meets Lexi Roberston, a physiotherapist who he can’t get out of his head. He wants her, but she doesn’t want him. He is determined to do whatever he can to win her love.

Fate steps in when Lexi appears at Lucca’s family villa in Italy. Lucca tries everything he can to win her affection, but Lexi’s guard is up thanks to the ghosts of her past. Lucca and Lexi both have pasts that they are trying to forget. Will they be able to move on from the things that are holding them back? Or will Lucca end up alone?

This book is part of the Luminara Series, and is from the viewpoint of Lucca. In the other books, you only see things from Lexi’s point of view. I really enjoy when author’s write from another characters point of view, because you get both sides of the story. While Lucca has a tendency to be overbearing when it comes to Lexi, this story shows what lengths a man is willing to go to to be with the women that he loves.

Not only is this a story about love, it also shows the struggles that people face on a daily basis. When you have demons that haunt you on every weekend, it is not easy to just forget your past. It was very empowering the lengths that Lucca goes to to help Lexi move on from her past. This story also makes you wonder about fate, and if it truly exists. Paths can cross at any point in your life, but will you be ready for it?

I received an ARC from TNT Reviews in exchange for an honest review.

Having read #1 Lussaria and #2 L'Amore I was thrilled to the bone to get my grubby little paws on Lucca!

As I started it I found myself putting it down and  re reading books 1 and 2 ! I can't believe how much I missed the first time round! I appreciate the series more having read them in succession ♡

In Lucca's Lust we're treated to Lucca's thoughts, point of view and many emotions! I'm amazed that I'm not in therapy!

Lucca's experienced his fair share of pain and heartache  and often we forget that men also hurt ,I mean they can't always be our big strong hero. It was heartbreaking to feel his emotions at times especially regarding a very deep and personal loss.

I love that Lucca calls Lexi his "dolcezza" , his love , his angel ♡ the love this man has for her is intense ,beautiful and filled with passion !I didn't think I could love Lucca any more than I  did but SJ Molloy has proved that my heart is bigger than I think. There is so much more to my Italian stud muffin! The experiences he's had in life and his love story he shares with Lexi will always have a special place in my heart!

Thank you SJ Molloy for sharing this beautiful love story♡

If you are a fan of the Luminara series, then Lucca's Lust is a must read.. I always had questions of Lucca's past but everything was never fully explained, well in Lucca's Lust we get the answers to everything and his feelings on life and how his feelings are so very true and deep for Lexi. His close connections with his family and close friends. The secrets he has kept buried for years to save others feelings, and his way of moving on and living life to the fullest.

What I enjoyed most about Lucca's Lust is finally seeing his point of view on everything, Lucca being the focal point and learning about him and his past and how he feels about Lexi and how he really does want everything for her and that she deserves nothing but the best of everything in life. How he is so patient with Lexi and not wanting to do anything to mess it up.

This is an amazing story from Lucca's side from the first book in the series, except we get it all in how Lucca saw it all and how he reacted to Lexi. Even tho the book is the same story it was very entertaining and didnt feel like I was re-reading the book again, this story had me completely hooked and I loved every minute of Lucca's point of view. If you like stories like this, then Lucca's Lust is a must!

Loved, loved, loved this book!

This is told from Luccas point of view. It takes you back to the beginning from that very first meeting - where Lucca caught a glimpse of Lexi at Casey's office.
We learn about Lucca, what makes him tick, his family, his friends and of course his Dolcezza - Lexi. He knew from the minute he saw Lexi that she was his and that's what he wanted - her, her to be his light.

Lucca hasn't had it all easy either, we learn about his cancer battle, the girl he met whilst having treatment - and the tragedy of what happened to her, how he blamed himself. Then there was his baby boy, Gabriel and how he dealt/deals with his grief over his loss.

Just when you think you can't love Lucca any more, he tugs on your heartstrings just that little bit more. He's so good for Lexi, she needs him. He needs her. She's his Light.

The book left you on another cliffhanger though, where IS Michael Parks? Will he get found? And There's David the creep - who is he talking to? I'm not sure I want to know...

Lucca’s Lust (SJ Molloy).
I absolutely love this series. This is the third book I have read and I will finish the set. This one did not flow as well as the first two and there seemed be some grammatical errors that gave me the idea the writing was rushed. However, that said, I enjoyed this book.
The first two books I read are written from Lexi’s point of view. This one gives us a look into Lucca's feelings and thoughts. We learn a whole lot more about the events leading up to when they met. We also learn more about Lexi’s extended family – her Mom is no longer in the shadows, although her character is still not fully developed.
One of the things I love about this series is that the author demonstrates with her writing the struggles that people face on a daily basis. How do people deal when paths can cross? Do we recognize significance or do me just keep on living our daily lives,?
S.J. you have truly done it again with this book. I await the next episode, eagerly!

Well what can I say about this book other than Amazing!

This is book 3 in The Luminara Series and is told from Lucca's, our very sexy Italian's pov. SJ gives us a real insight into Lucca's action's, thoughts and emotions from certain chapters in Book 1 Lussuria it shows us how he felt about Lexi from the first moment he set eyes on her and how determined he was to make her his. It's shows the raw intensity of their relationship and how he feels and deals with the things he finds out about Lexi's past plus the demons he is still carrying from his own past. SJ will have you falling even more in love with Lucca if that's even possible and I can't wait for the next book in this series.

I didn't think it was possible to fall in love with Lucca Carruso more than I had when I read Lussuria and L'amore, but clearly I was wrong!! S.J. Molloy gave us Lucca's Lust which is Lucca's point of view on what is going on in Lussuria. We finally get to see what Lucca is thinking when he meets Lexi. It is amazing to read the thoughts and emotions running through Lucca's veins. I felt as if I too was experiencing those emotions at the same time.

I too felt the love and hope and emotional turmoil. I got emotionally invested in Lussuria and L'amore and now Lucca's Lust. I am hopelessly and madly in love with Lucca and cannot wait for Luminoso.

S.J Molloy has a way with words that has you all invested ..emotions galore.. I had moments of sadness, moments of tears, moments of joy, but most of all love and hope.. File I for inspirational File L for the Love felt while reading this book and File A for the anticipation of Luminoso..

Lucca's Lust by SJ Molloy

"Lucca's Words, Lucca's heart, Lucca's life, Lucca's Lust".

Absolutely fantastic book.

I was wondering how I would ever get a review done on this book, so emotional. SJ has taken chapters from Lussuria and told them in Lucca's pov, and I loved every minute of it.

It was brilliant reading how Lucca felt and thought. SJ used certain parts from different chapters from the book Lussuria, you got a sense of how he felt about Lexi, and what lexi was going through, God he is every women's bloody dream.

He is just such an emotional, caring and sexy as hell Italian man :-)

SJ captures the light and darkness of Lucca exceptional well. She keeps you entranced on Lucca's feelings and we get to find out who Lucca really is.

I don't know how SJ did it but wow I have cried and laughed, she is just such an amazing writer.

NOW I'm so bloody excited for Luminoso

I need to start this review by saying I am completely in love with this series. I have enjoyed every second of the journey. Lucca has a special place in my book boyfriend list. I also love Lexi's character. This story is one of my favorites so far in the series. These characters seem to grow each time I turn the page. It's hard for me to review this book without mentioning the series as a whole. You need to read these books in order. While this is a full length novel, you need to read the series in order to get the whole story.

A phenomenal series that I seriously can not put down. The kind of series you revisit time and time again. I know I'm gushing, but this series is well worth it. Molloy has a way of pulling every emotion you have out. You will laugh, cry and be amazed. Read it now!

I met S J Molloy at a book signing and she spoke passionately about her books so thought I would purchase them and give them a read. As S J Molloy intimates in her synopsis its dark especially book one. Lexi has an extremely troubled past which you get an insight into and Lucca is there the Italian stallion with a heart of gold trying to bring her into the light. The story grips you and you wish to read more and make sure that Lucca excels at his duties and main aim. The first book did feel naïve at times in its writing but it really did improve in book 2 and 3. Kidnapping and imprisonment as well as abuse are sensitive subjects and SJ handled them with kindness and empathy. I am looking forward to the next book in the series because you write from the heart SJ. Well Done!

Absolutely love this author SJ Molloy love her writing, story line's and brilliant characters. Lucca Caruso can not be more romantic and loving in lucca's lust it was great reading from his POV you get to understand more of what he goes through from the beginning and why. Feel sorry for him in this book more towards the end carrying all the weight on his shoulders to protect his dolcezza from everything and everyone for good reasons and some bad. Got excited at the end reading parts of luminoso which ends abruptly to no answers so I am very excitedly looking forward to book four luminoso to find out what's happening can't wait. X

This is a must read. Lucca is the epitome of the sensual swoon sensitive gentlemen we all dream of and to read the story of his and Lexi’s coming together as a couple from his point of you is so amazing and wonderful. It’s intriguing to read his take for he is beguiling. We see what he is feeling and thinking from the moment he first saw her and wow he will have you at hello. Here we get to see both sides of lucca-the light and dark and what a treat that is. SJ Molloy by giving us Lucy’s voice has us fall more in love with him but also gets us more invested in the story and the journey of Lucca and Lexi’s love. A true treat to read.
