I was honored to read a memoire written by a beautiful person who is a sweet friend from our church.
Life takes us on different paths and sometimes we meet amazing people who give us a whole new perspective on life.
Ms Chiquita is that person to me and I hope I’ll be like her when I grow up. Beautiful inside and out, humble, and full of wisdom.
Not to give a lot of spoilers, but she may or may not have met Princess Margaret, King George VI and other world leaders, AND she may or may not have seen Hitler himself giving a speech.
Beautiful memoir, couldn’t put the book down, read it in a few hours and now my kids are taking turns to read the book.
