Margot and Odds are winners!

This is a fun, witty and smart cozy mystery series.

Odds is a talking (at least to Margot) cat. He is by no means demure or clingy.

Margot is a 66+ unworldly lady, having been recently dumped by her wealthy husband of 55 years. Lou left her with the clothes in her closet, some furniture and very little cash. Having been waited on hand and foot all her life, Margot is discovering how expensive living in New York city is and how, at her age, finding odd jobs is tough.

Fortunately, Margot lives in a very friendly apartment building and for the first time in her life, she's making friends. They don't seem to mind at all that her cat, Odds talks to her or that she and Odds are constantly tripping over dead bodies.

These are delightful books. They can be read as stand alones, but I am hooked on them, so I am off to #3!

I love Margot and Odds and all the characters in her apartment building. She is an older sleuths who solves mysteries with the help of her talking cat Odds(only she can hear him) and her new friends.
