Honour the sacrifices made honour the gifts given and honour the loss. Yes not an exact quote. This one was a little confusing to me after alone but it was more getting the time it occurred correct in my mind. Eldar are dangerous and this highlights it but I wish it was somewhat longer to really do the story justice.
On the twenty-first day of Christmas, Black Library gave to us…a Raven Guard audio drama by Joe Parrino. Loss, a fifteen-minute audio, sees a squad of young Raven Guard scouts battling against dark eldar, ambushed from out of the shadows in a reversal to the usual order of things. As the inexperienced scouts pit their strength against the xenos they find their preconceptions of superiority and invincibility sorely tested.
An interesting and action packed audio drama where a Raven Guard thinks back to a time when he was but a scout, and how he had lost his battle brothers and what it meant to him. It was an interesting story, with great insight into the Raven Guard, and a awesome bit of action between the Raven Guard and (Dark?) Eldar. Definitely worth a listen to!
