Unexpected Hero:
Tomer & Lettie have stolen the show. After the jaw dropping revelation at the end of Rival Hero, I couldn’t wait to dive in to the story of these two. But these two have so much more to give than what is on the surface.
Unexpected Hero starts off the trilogy of Tomer & Lettie with a bang. We get to see where they started and quickly find that true love can come in the most unexpected ways. Their chemistry is undeniable & off the charts. But while I found myself fanning myself from the heat often, I also found myself wiping away the tears as they both suffer from a sheltered and heart-wrenching past.
Buckle up for a wild ride of secrets, mystery, & intrigue.
Unexpected Heroine:
Picking up where Unexpected Hero dropped off, I thought I was prepared for the trip down the hill of emotions that Jackie Walker set off to take us on. But boy was I wrong. This hill was steeper than I think I could’ve ever prepared myself for!
Lettie shows us that the bravest of women can endure tragic experiences & still come out the other side. Though she is not unscathed, her resilience takes her through life one day at a time & one experience at a time. While she possesses a very heavy and guarded heart, she is determined to become a beacon of light to shine bright for others to find their way.
Tomer is a wreck. He knows he’s lost the trust of the only woman he’ll ever love. And while he is determined to fight for her, he is patient enough to give her time to find herself. Besides, he’s got a lot of work to do in the name of vengeance to make the world a better place for her to live in.
I hope you’re still buckled in for the intense excursion this book will take your emotions on. But I promise, you will find yourself falling in love with these characters all over again.

The conclusion we all needed was hard fought & emotionally taxing.
Finding peace in the eye of the storm has been dangled from a string in the face of Lettie & Tomer. Just when they thought the worst was behind them, their enemies refuse to lay down & take a defeat. But when the Redleg Family is in danger, all stops are pulled to ensure safety. And that’s exactly what Lettie & Tomer are…Redleg Family.
The family unit was strong in this book. It always is when it comes to Redleg, but when you’ve lived a life of an outsider, noticing your place firmly in the family with a legion of brothers hits a little differently. And watching as relationships and bonds formed and strengthened completely warmed my heart. But when the Russian Mafia strikes again, Tomer has no reservations about the support that his family will provide.
Watching the vivid storyline play out in this trilogy has taken my breath away time & time again. The plot development sprinkles twists & turns like confetti, but the depth of the story just gets a stronger & stronger. Throughout this trilogy, I was on the edge of my seat so many times desperate for more. And while this saga may be over, Redleg has so much more to give!!

OMG this book is amazing! I love how protective Tomer is over Lettie, but without holding her back. The relationship between them is so great. It's nice to finally understand where Tomer is coming from and see the person behind the mask. And getting to see where Lettie is coming from and the reasons she reacts to things the way she does is also nice.
Tomer and Lettie’s second book is so very good. Be prepared with your favorite drinks, snacks, and tissues! Watching Tomer and Lettie work through the aftermath of both the events in Unexpected Hero and the rest of their lives was full of all the feels. Getting to see friends from previous books and even a brief Amos-hole cameo is always something I love.
Lettie and Tomer's third book is the perfect end to their story. Watching as they both worked through the lies and traumas that happened in previous books and in their past was so well written. I really enjoyed how hard they both worked to make their relationship work. I won’t say too much more since I don’t want to spoil anything.
I recommend this book.

This is part of a series highly highly recommend reading the ones before this one. This trilogy is phenomenal you get a very connected MMC who is naughty with his mouth and a FMC who is tough and willing to fight to get what she needs. The story is sexy, emotional, tragic with some comedy, passion and a good fight. Grab it you don’t wanna to miss it.
