The Ocean of Yoga - such a beautifully written book. I've been practising yoga for over 20 years now and l've learned so much and has inspired me to want to learn even more - l've never felt that kind of spark and hunger towards yoga before... Thank you Amy, for your years of practice, incredible knowledge and vast amounts of research all rolled into this concise book. Im most definitely spreading the word to those in the yoga world - and also to those who are not - to pick up a copy so they can understand their practice on a deeper level and to simply be a kinder, more mindful person in this crazy beautiful world...
I would like to return to this later, maybe once I have a better grasp on yoga teachings. This is thoroughly researched and dense with good information, but I found it inaccessible for where I’m at right now.
