Alright, let’s just get straight to it—I devoured His Secret Toy like it was the last chocolate truffle in a locked office drawer, and baby… I didn’t come out the same.
This was a dirty, decadent little treat, the kind of read you sneak in late at night with your phone brightness turned all the way down and your lip caught between your teeth. It’s fast. It’s filthy. And it made me squirm in all the right ways.
From the second Harper stepped into Roman’s world, I was hooked. She’s young, untested, dangerously curious—everything he shouldn’t want. And yet? He notices. Oh does he notice. This man is all quiet power and simmering restraint—until he decides she’s his. And when that switch flips? Whew. Lock the doors, cancel your plans, and hydrate.
Let me be real: this isn’t a slow-burn. This is strike-the-match-and-watch-it-scorch. It’s taboo. It’s possessive. It’s control laced with consent and wrapped in silk and sin. And Harper? She blooms under Roman’s dominance in a way that made me cheer and blush simultaneously.
The praise kink? On point. The control and submission? Deliciously balanced. And that inner monologue of hers? Relatable as hell. I felt every gasp, every trembling moment of surrender. A hot, fast, paced romance. Harper thought that no one was watching what she was doing in the boss's office when he wasn't there. I guess she didn't realize that there was camera's allowing him to watch. After he watches her a few times, he decides to catch her in the act. After that, he teaches her what it means to be owned by him, and she loves that. She begs for everything that he does to her and more. A, very hot read.

Harper did not know just how deeply nor how quickly she would be drawn into her boss’ world when she quite obviously taunts Roman behind his back, but soon realizes that is exactly where she wants to be after he confronts her with her blatantly nonprofessional behavior. If his intern wants to learn, he’s more than willing to help her get there. Sizzling little gem of a read! 💖

Harper & Roman - Boss/Intern Age Gap Romance
A smutty short read that is fun and indulgently generous on the Dom-Sub scenes. Ten chapters of it to be exact. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book and recommend it for anyone that just wants smut and no plotting.
