Joe Biel is a writer, activist, journalist, filmmaker, and publisher. He is the founder and co-owner of Microcosm Publishing and co-founder of the Portland Zine Symposium. This book is great! It covers all the basics about zine culture, history, and production. Super motivating and some great resources included.

This was fun. It has history, tips and trick for making zines, thoughts on the process of doing so, and motivation to do it yourself. I certainly would like to make one now:)
