Bridget's stories are so unique. I love the creative way she brings two characters together. Definitely a sexy twist on the usual tropes. Her storylines don't just skim the surface. Fast-paced, she gets right into what motivates her characters. Her novellas are insta-quick and her style is insta-love with a touch of flannel!

Fiercely protective of the wolves that have made his forest their home, he is determined to secure funding that will keep them safe. When he sees an opportunity to meet with a potential investor, he can't pass up this once in a lifetime chance. What Ryker doesn't realize is accepting Autumn's proposal might just put him and his wolves in grave danger.

"Ranger’s Temptation" is pure short romance perfection—fast, filthy, and full of heart.
This novella is 🔥scorching🔥 but still manages to pack in just enough character development to make you care. It's a quick read, but it doesn't feel rushed—just "intense", like Ryker himself.
The fake dating setup made the insta-chemistry feel totally believable, and the small-town-meets-wilderness setting gave it that cozy-yet-wild vibe. The city girl & mountain man dynamic? Chef’s kiss.

Oh my goodness the spice!!! Ryker is so commanding and demands obedience! He knows how to tease and leave you wanting and he knows how to handle bratty behaviour. The way he makes sure he’s always on your mind. You wanting him and needing his attention. Yet still so kind and caring when he needs to be. He has a protective personality which he can’t help but bring out when around the ex who’s making Autumn feel very uncomfortable and self conscious. Ryker knows how to keep her attention on him and helps build her confidence back. Showing her ex just how much he’s missing out on. A one time fake date becomes the beginning of the rest of their life. Such a great book.

This was by far my favorite of her’s the was spice, there was drama, there were more intimate moments just for them.

If you’ve read anything from Bridget Adrienne’s Untamed Rangers series, then you already know the drill. The men are dominant, the women are flustered, and the steam arrives faster than a caffeine crash at a wedding brunch. Ranger’s Temptation is no exception to that rule—but I was pleasantly surprised by how much actual plot this one packed in for a novella that can be devoured in a single sitting.
Yes, it’s insta-love. Or honestly, insta-insta-love. Ryker and Autumn go from strangers to fake-dating to “on your knees in the forest” in record time, and it absolutely requires some suspension of disbelief—but if you’re picking up a Bridget Adrienne novella and expecting slow burn...babe, that’s on you.
What sets this one apart from some of the other novellas in the series is that it doesn't rely solely on spice to carry the story. There's a real sense of place (Leavenworth as a setting was adorable and charming), and I found myself unexpectedly invested in Ryker’s wolf conservation efforts and the whole Blackwell wedding subplot. Plus, the ex drama gave it just enough bite to balance out the... well, other kinds of biting.
I liked that Ryker was intense but not one-note. He had a job, a passion, and motives beyond just seducing Autumn (even if he definitely did that too). Autumn had a solid voice. Her internal dialogue gave me life, and I appreciated that she wasn’t just some passive “oh no my panties are gone again!” type.
Overall, this was another win from Bridget Adrienne. It delivered on everything I’ve come to expect from her novellas: high-heat chemistry, fast-paced romance, and just enough depth to keep me emotionally invested without dragging anything out. If you’re in the mood for a quick, steamy escape with a possessive ranger, a wedding, some ex-drama, and actual wolves (yes, wolves)—this one’s a solid choice.
Would I survive being fake-dates-to-lovers with Ryker? Absolutely not. But would I read the next Untamed Rangers book immediately? Oh, 100%.
