The Exiled Prince is perfect for those who love The False Prince series, clean adventure, and redemption stories. This book was fast paced and captured my affection right away, and by the end had me on be edge of my seat waiting to see how it ended.

It was filled with lovable characters - my favorite of which was Benton - who I hope we will get to see again in future books.

Content: some non-graphic violence, death, and a clean sweet beginning of a romance (no more than a few kisses on the cheek and hugs). I would say this book is appropriate for tweens and up.

Overall I found Jensen's debut novel to be a very solid, enjoyable read with excellent writing, and I look forward to reading her future work. 😊
