The brain's potential IS the human potential!

What if there are faster and easier ways to learn and study than the modi operandi currently being taught in mainstream education systems?

GENIUS INTELLIGENCE: Secret Techniques and Technologies to Increase IQ is the ultimate treatise on accelerated learning methods. Written by novelists, filmmakers and independent researchers James Morcan & Lance Morcan with a foreword by leading scientist Dr. Takaaki Musha, this book shatters the myth that geniuses are born not developed. It reveals how most instances of above-the-ordinary intelligences are acquired thru superior cognitive techniques or brain enhancing technologies.

Renowned geniuses examined include Apple founder Steve Jobs who as a 19-year-old began practicing an ancient discipline that activated previously dormant parts of his brain; Albert Einstein who came up with his great theory of relativity while using a rare method for accessing the subconscious mind; Kim Peek (the real ‘Rain Man’) who could speed read any book in five minutes flat with total comprehension; Indian mathematical mastermind Srinivasa Ramanujan who, although untrained, created extraordinary formulas that left academics gobsmacked; Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart who composed entire pieces while in a specific altered state of mind.

Among the discoveries shared with readers are brain waves common to geniuses and the various ways to induce those brain waves; mental techniques the world’s elite and A-List celebrities are quietly using to help them process information while they’re asleep or in virtual worlds; chemical substances students and academics the world over employ to kick-start the brain into overdrive; and cutting-edge technologies business tycoons and professional athletes employ to gain a cerebral edge over their competitors.

Drawing on the latest findings in neuroscience, GENIUS INTELLIGENCE lists dozens of practical methods to increase IQ and speed-learn any subject.

I am at odds with myself, having not yet decided whether to be amused or angry at this book. A little bit of both, maybe.

Negative points:

First of all, the authors remind us every few pages, and at the beginning of many chapters, of their works of fiction. This detracts from the serious non-fictional subject at hand; it is hardly what you’d want to back up ambitious claims with, although it’s just the thing for promoting a novel. These references shouldn’t be present if they want Genius Intelligence to be taken seriously.

This book has clearly been written for a layperson, but this does not entitle the authors to abstain from posting exhaustive references to original works. This for the simple reason that the researchers deserve to be recognized for their contribution, not to mention that more critical readers will then be able to evaluate the validity of the source, instead of being forced to take the authors’ word for it. This happened too many times for me to let slide.

Chapter 10 really irked me. Tachyons?! Even the contributing scientist Takaaki Musha declared that his paper was merely a hypothetical study. This is sparsely-explored speculation and most definitely, by itself, does not offer us instructions on how to increase our intelligence.

Chapter 11 is based on the ORMUS substance. This is a most definitely a pseudoscience. See for yourselves: http://rationalwiki.org/wiki/ORMUS.

Transcranial Direct-Current Stimulation and Transcranial Magnetic stimulation are much better established and MAY be an effective means of improving concentration and performance. Genius-making techniques? No one touts that, although the authors’ notion of what constitutes a genius may differ from others, as they stated towards the end of their book.

Positive points:

Chapters 12 and 13 are of interest and don’t have any significant references to works of fiction. These skim over the possibility of using sensory deprivation techniques and an appropriate diet to boost intelligence. However, only a few clues are offered as to how this might be done. Anyone wishing for an in-depth look, or on how best to use yoga for stimulating their intelligence (Chapter 15), had better search for specialized books with a higher word-count.

In all:

Skimming is the name of this book’s game; skimming over the concepts of hypnotism, mid-brain activation, subliminal education, etc, all without actually daring to get into the nitty-gritty of how to apply them. One is apparently expected to do further reading. A check-list would have sufficed.

In all, I do not recommend this book for anyone wishing to enhance themselves, the only reason I give it two stars is because many chapters happened to focus on arguably legitimate techniques. I consider chapter 10 to hold far-fetched speculation. I consider chapter 11 to advocate poisoning oneself. Don’t poison yourself in order to get smarter. Go read a book. Maybe not this one.

Disclaimer: I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest and non-reciprocal review.

I read this book in one day,and wished the book was longer. Reading Genius Intelligence opened my eyes to how much potential people have but never use. Many famous people have used techniques, nutritional supplements, and healthy food choices that the general public are unaware of to achieve great accomplishments. I also liked how the authors had pictures throughout the book showing visually what they were explaining to the reader.

I like this book because it´s short (as opposed to this review), simply and clearly written, and addresses an engrossing subject.

Throughout the book the authors refer to their thriller series, The Orphan Trilogy, in which the lead character, Nine, and the other orphans are trained to have genius intelligence.

Previously, we believed that genius was solely a matter of being born with superior genes, but now we realize that genes can be both activated and deactivated, and through the “new” science of neuroplasticity our brains can be changed and much improved by the formation of new neural pathways.

We learn about “polymaths” – “geniuses in a wide variety of fields”, one notable example being Leonardo da Vinci, and polyglots, persons with the ability to master multiple languages; we´re also instructed about the power of the subconscious. “Every genius throughout history – Tesla, Einstein, Da Vinci – tapped into the infinite power of their subconscious minds.”

Learning is much more effective when brainwaves such as alpha, gamma, theta and delta are activated, which occurs when subjects are “laughing, daydreaming, meditation, singing, dancing or spontaneously moving about”.

There are chapters on speed-reading, brainwave entrainment, brain gland activation, polyglots and savants, virtual reality, superluminal particles, Ormus, sensory deprivation, the high-IQ diet, smart drugs, etc, etc.

The authors state that a common goal in most brainwave entrainment technologies is hemispheric synchronization. This is the harmonization of the right and left hemispheres of the brain; “ --- when individuals have both hemispheres operating in similar brainwaves like this they are far more likely to learn and digest new information.”

They refer to Dr. Patrick Flanagan´s Neurophone which “is currently being sold as an aid to speed learning”. I would complement this by recommending Bill Harris´s Holosync technology, which I myself have been using for about a couple of years; this system is marketed as having the same effects as meditation, only eight times more powerful. Holosync forms new neural pathways in the brain and gradually develops and heals us both mentally and emotionally. Using Holosync leads to awareness, and awareness leads to choice, so we don´t keep doing the same harmful things automatically and unconsciously.

Holosync leads to transformation of the personality as a whole. We learn self-reflective observation, where we watch our consciousness. Harris indicates that the programme also leads to awakening since its various levels are called “Awakening” 1, 2 and so on. He doesn´t promise that we will achieve genius intelligence, though he himself does seem to have become pretty smart; anyway, I would affirm that spiritual development is even more important. Newberg & Waldman in their book “How enlightenment changes the brain” state “self-reflective observation and awareness activates (sic) structures in the brain directly associated with Enlightenment and transformation.

The book under review deals of course with genius intelligence and not enlightenment, so please excuse my digression.

In the chapter on brain gland activation we are informed about Transcranial direct current stimulation, or TDCS, which “enhances motor skills, memory recall, and concentration”.

In this connection, I would refer to Dr. Norman Doidge´s two books on the brain (see the end of the review for details), which introduce us to many exciting and transformational items of technology such as K-lasers, LED lights, and the PoNS (Portable Neuromodulation Stimulator) which are currently healing severely brain-injured persons and transforming them from “idiots” to highly intelligent persons, potentially geniuses.

Some people seem to be born geniuses, but the authors point out that many of these have been exposed to special brain-training techniques in infancy/childhood.

Mentioned in the book are the famous tennis champions Venus and Serena Williams, who were trained by their father, Richard, from an early age with the explicit aim of making them tennis geniuses. Here, I would draw attention to the three Hungarian girls, Zsuzsa, Zsófia and Judit Polgár, who were deliberately trained by their dad, László, to be chess prodigies. He believed “geniuses are made, not born”. The middle sister, Zsófia, became an IM (International Master), the eldest Zsuzsa, became women´s world champion, while the youngest, Judit, became a GM (Grandmaster) at 15, and the best woman chess player of all time. She was in the top 10 (of all players, both women and men) until she had her two children (babies do take up a lot of one´s time and energy!), and in 2012 was still in the top 100. “She didn´t bother competing for the women´s world championship because she could have won it in her sleep.” (Stephen Moss)

The information on superluminal particles was new to me. We are told that “consciousness is a field of superluminal matter belonging to the true fundamental universe and --- our world is merely a subliminal holographic projection of it”.

Dr. Takaaki Musha claims that the superluminal field connects individuals with the “outer field of the universe”. “ --- he contends this may explain human consciousness as well as the collective mind of Mankind.”

Decoherence is explained to us. This measures the time to maintain the quantum coherence between particles. “If the decoherence time is long in an individual´s brain, it permits the person to connect to the outer superluminal field easily”.

The relevance of all this is that Dr.Musha believes that decoherence time can be extended by mental training, whereby abilities like photographic memory and polymathing could result.

I admit I found the chapter on superluminal particles quite challenging.

An important chapter is that on Ormus, aka Orme or White Gold. Ormus is said to be a “secret method used to increase intelligence”. It balances both hemispheres of the brain and permits “whole brain learning”.

Ormus contains both gold and a number of other metals existing in the m-state – an unusual high spin state of matter where metals “don´t form bonds or crystals but remain single atoms”.

Ormus is said to correct errors in the DNA and activate junk DNA (which is not junk at all, of course, in fact the opposite).

Neither had I heard of midbrain activation, which is achieved by the equal use of the right and left sides of the brain.

The authors state that millions of children in India, China, Malaysia and Singapore go to schools that specialize in activating the pupils´ midbrains. “Such radical learning institutions are reportedly churning out geniuses by the veritable truckload” – Exciting!

In short, this book is well-written and absorbing; it introduces us to little-known information that will help us develop our brains and thus move towards genius intelligence. Highly recommended!

GENIUS INTELLIGENCE: Secret Techniques and Technologies to Increase IQ
by James Morcan & Lance Morcan

Some people have wondered what if there are faster and easier ways to learn? This book challenges the myth that geniuses are born not developed. It also tells how extraordinarily smart people are developed by using brain enhancing technologies.

We learn that some famous people such as Steve Jobs, Albert Einstein & Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart(to name a few) have achieved their intelligence through and altered state of mind. We also hear how we can use certain techniques to increase our own intelligence.

The brain is a complex organ that basically controls every aspect of our body. I found this book quite fascinating and very thought provoking. It was insightful and really left me with a lot to think about.

I feel that readers (with the love of learning) will greatly enjoy GENIUS INTELLIGENCE: Secret Techniques and Technologies to Increase IQ. I really enjoyed this fascinating read.

'Genius Intelligence' is amazing. The book tells a lot. I've heard few things but 'Genius Intelligence' gave me a better clarity.
The book is very well written and illustrated.
'Genius Intelligence' has the potential to bring Genius out of Us.
The references are of big help. It is the door to a new world of self improvement.
The book gives us the ways to change our learning techniques. It is said that a person keeps learning till his last breath. What's the better way to learn than reading books.
I loved the book completely. I'm overwhelmed after reading it.
Thank You James and Lance Morcan.

When I was a child and questioned why something was done the way it was, I was often told that that was because it had always been done that way. Yet, not once did I hear a complaint about switching from a scrub board to a wringer washer, and then to an automatic clothes washer! My point being is that we advance technology, adapt to it quite quickly, readily giving up less tedious ways of doing, viewing, things. Back in the old college days I could not have even imagined the utility of the laptop on which I am now typing; if someone had dropped one on my desk and shown me how to use it, I would no doubt have considered it a miracle gift, perhaps from an alien culture. The concept of a world-wide net that it connected to would have left me stunned!

And yet we walk about with heads on our shoulders that are capable of so very much more than that for which we use them. If it is valid that we use but one-tenth of the potential of our brains, then we must be to open to the idea that there is ninety percent still out there awaiting us. That makes one wonder what we are potentially capable of—truly a voyage where no one has gone before.

This is the provocative journey of the mind that Lance and James fire up for you; invite aboard to think about—alternative ways to increase the power of your brain; to increase your IQ; to excel as you have never done before.

The Morcans challenge the idea that genius comes with birth with the proposal that genius can be developed presenting you with a vast array of potential ways to achieve that, many of them simple, tested, techniques; some of them out there on the cutting edge of today's knowledge. These techniques, indeed, challenge the rote learning and endless testing of young students to give back what has been fed into them without creative evaluation, exploration, thinking, etc.; techniques that dull rather than enhance the brain—what I have referred to on previous occasions as assembly line education. The suggested techniques lay paving stones to sleep learning, remote viewing, enhanced skill levels, making giant mental capability leaps continually for yourself and for mankind.

You don't have to be Nine, or any of the other orphans from the Morcan's Orphan Trilogy, which I highly recommended with 5 star ratings for all of them, to achieve vastly increased intelligence, hopefully to help all of us move forward to an enhanced future.

Step out of the rutted path of old rote ways of thinking and learning into a brighter you, a brighter future for mankind. Take a walk with the Morcan men and find your own path to Genius Intelligence!

Genius Intelligence is an elegant and fascinating read. It begins with the premise that when the human brain's potential is unleashed, there can be few if any limitations. The authors then describe and present an encyclopedic array of techniques and technologies, utilized by historic masters such as da Vinci and Mozart, and concluding with Oprah Winfrey, Michael Jordan, and Gwyneth Paltrow. By their definition, genius is not something measured on a standardized test. James and Lance Morcan perceive genius in the accomplishments of those possessing it. But they don't define it until the very last page. There they write: "Someone who demonstrates rare intellect, who successfully connects dots between seemingly unconnected things and who sees what others don't to achieve revolutionary outcomes and extraordinary results." I would recommend starting this book from at the end, reading the last chapter called "Connecting the Dots" and then, going to the Foreward by Dr. Takaaki Musha and the rest of the chapters in sequence.
What seems missing from the book is any mention of a 'plan de vida,' something to motivate present day geniuses with a reason to wake up in the morning and keep going. Certainly the mathematical genius described at the opening of the book, Srinivasa Ramanujan, had faith in and relied upon an ongoing relationship with a higher power for his insights. Yet, the book has no chapter on such guidance as one of it's many techniques and technologies. Otherwise, the book is a fascinating read and I recommend it to anyone interested in evolving the world through personal empowerment.

The authors explain the definitions and concepts of what Genius Intelligence truly means without using complicated technical terms, but rather, it is written in a language for everyone to read.

I had no idea there were so many ways to train our brain to break through the barriers/limits or pre-conceived potentials that we have created for ourselves. Our mind surely is a beautiful thing!

It was definitely an exciting read as I felt that I could become smart, too! I ended up looking up more information about the various methods mentioned and even picked up other books on the subject as well. Any book that sparks a newfound interest or excitement on a subject and the desire to continue reading more literature about it certainly is genius ;)

Well, I admit I am biased because I am a member of the GR group - ‘Underground Knowledge’ run by this author (and his father) and I admire their research immensely, particularly that of James who just happens to share my views on everything!

So you will have to make up your own mind! 🤔

As the authors point out in their introduction, a lot of books out there on genius and intelligence tend to be too academically written for an average reader to fully comprehend, which could perhaps be quite ironic. Lance and James Morcan don't claim to be experts in the field. This short work is purposely intended to be an overview of the subject, and it's a subject they deliver very well.
I felt like I was rummaging through one of those big bumper books of mysterious and strange facts which would keep me occupied for hours as a kid on a wet and dreary day. And even though I was aware of many of the subjects in Genius Intelligence, it was a delight to be able to think about them all in connected coherence.
You'll find plenty of fascinating things like Ormus white gold powder, smart drugs, speed reading and polygots, alongside more everyday ways to improving one's intelligence, like meditation and diet. All in all, a very well rounded up batch of themes, written in a clear and sometimes humorous way. But by the end, I was left thinking: if everyone becomes a genius one day, then there will be no such thing as genius. And what is intelligence anyway? Perhaps information overload actually doesn't make us smarter at all. Basically, I was left with such philosophical musings hanging in my beta brainwaves after reading Genius Intelligence. Lance and James, job well done.

Is it possible that I too could be a genius?
Is it nothing but hard work and learning that makes us one?

James and Lance Morcan has done it again - and with loving what you learn, can make the difference between the average Joe and a brilliant mind.
The brain is a complex organ of soft nervous tissue that stimulates both sensory and intellectual capacity. The authors´ most crucial discovery is that, “Human intelligence is not necessary something you were born with or genetically predisposed towards. In fact in most instances of above-the-ordinary intelligences are usually acquired through superior learning techniques!”
Genius Intelligence is a thoroughly interesting and thought-provoking guide on practical methods, techniques, accelerated learning methods and the use of chemicals that are used to help improve IQ. The authors´ explore a great number of superior cognitive techniques of brain enhancing technologies such as, genius techniques used by the élite, outrunning the conscious mind, the high IQ diet along with many more useful modus operandi methods that are not often disclosed to the public. The authors´ challenge the old age myth that geniuses are born and not developed. They don’t dismiss that there are a minority of humans that are born with these amazing possibilities that are not fostered by educational methods, but their research has revealed that these naturally born geniuses are the exception, not the norm.

Until now, I wasn’t aware of the substance called “Ormus” aka “White Gold” that was discovered by David Hudson, a cotton farmer and wealthy businessman in 1975. Hudson discovered that when he put the unusual looking white powder out to dry in the hot Arizona sun, it radically changed – from powder to oil! Hudson went on to conduct scientific analysis of the substance and confirmed that the substance seemed to have odd properties that defy the laws of nature. Hudson also claimed that the substance can repair the body on a genetic level and Lt. Lawrence F. Frego who wrote about Ormus´ positive impact on human intelligence in his book “An End To All Diseases” agrees with this theory. With many commercial manufacturers’ websites testimonials from their customers who claim it cures a lot of serious illnesses, including mental disorders, diabetes, heart disease and various anti-aging results have also been reported, it’s no wonder a number of celebrities are enthusiastic for this drug and I along with many others will look forward to mainstream studies in the near future.

I would like to personally thank and congratulate the authors´ for producing such an informative, well researched, stimulating and exciting book that will inspire and educate many people who are looking to enhance their journey and improve their mental and physical health.

I received the book from the authors for an honest review.
The one thing that I really enjoy about this father and son team is their honesty: where they come from, their education, etc, eliminating any ideas that they are highly educated people with many degrees behind their name. Instead they are ordinary, normal guys that has a great interest in these subjects and wants to share it with me, an ordinary working woman.
From the moment that you read their books you are captured with their unique stories; creating a world so far fetched that you can only think of 007 and Star Trek and still it doesn't come close to what the Morcan team writes. What they write is obtainable. That is clear from this book and The Orphan Conspiracies. It makes The Orphan Trilogy just more remarkable.
I must admit I had asked the same questions they had on several occasions, but since I don't understand the PHD language of the learned and qualified it stayed at questions. Not going deeper into it.
Because of The Orphan Trilogy they have tapped into a serious of books that opened our minds to a higher thinking without the nuisance of studying at the best schools money can by. Stories that captivates you from the start.
As you read through this book you realize that even I can obtain genius status if I put my mind, and of course money to it. Many well known celebrities and entrepreneurs uses many of these techniques to better themselves as human beings and advance their careers. The reason they are at the top of the pyramid. Luck or "he is a genius" has nothing to do with it at the end. It is the ability to tap in the resources available that furthers them in their fields of expertise.
As a reviewer I could do with the ability to read faster, and to remember more, my word who wouldn't want too. I always dreamed of speaking more languages now it is possible in a short amount of time.
This is really an interesting book that not only answers many questions but broaden your mind, tapping into your brain and reaching what seemed unreachable at one time.
Now I know of the possibilities and have no excuse why I cannot achieve some of my goals in life.
A must read.

Learning how to learn! This book has opened up the idea for me that there are alternative learning methods out there. I am always interested in learning new things, from learning a new language to new music instruments and much more. This book has now got me interested in learning to speed read. However, I'm not sure which one is the best to learn speed reading.

This book does reveal different learning techniques that are used to enhance learning. This book does remind me a lot of remote viewing (RV) because we use our subconscious mind in RV work to access as much information as we can. If you are interested in suggestions on how to learn, or learn a little bit about the mind, then this book may be the book to guide you in the right direction.

A Book that makes you think!

Genius Intelligence is a a well-researched, concise and well-written book. It's not going to give you all the answers to increase your IQ, but it will give you straight to the point information about techniques (such as speed-reading, meditation, yoga, hypnosis etc.) and technologies (virtual reality, tDCS etc.).
I'm sure this book will stimulate your interest in carrying out further research on how to improve your I.Q. ... my reaction after having read it!
Overall, I was absorbed by this book and I recommend it to everyone interested in improving his/her mental ability.

The human brain is a complex mechanism that has always eluded me so when I came across the book I got curious. After all, intelligence defines us as either a genius or a mediocre. I mean, who wouldn’t want to be a genius.

Like most people, I was a little skeptical at first but as I read through the various chapters I became intrigue. There were lots of provoking questions proposed by James & Lance Morcan that challenges the readers to think. From speed-reading, harboring a photographic memory to subliminal learning…are these hidden gifts that’s yet to be discover? I read on and on.

By the time I was done with the book, I found myself thinking that if I were to invest time to study and practice these methods, I might just become the next prodigy, if not that perhaps a tad smarter will do just fine.

I enjoyed exploring the ideas set forth in this book. The authors basically delve into various theories and applications for raising one's IQ. While the authors offer scientific research and studies to back up a lot of the theories presented the text never comes across as drab or droll. It actually made me want to read the Orphan Trilogy because I am sooo interested to see these ideas extrapolated!

An easily read book that discusses various technologies and techniques to raise intelligence. The authors point out whether or not each technique has been scientifically tested and by whom.

Rather than provide specific instructions, the authors encourage the reader to seek out tuition (as in the case of speed reading) or resources (in the case of self-hypnotism) to enhance or develop the reader's skills in these areas. Ambidexterity and peripheral vision enhancement are two notable exceptions to this, where the authors helpfully provide some direction.

Overall I would recommend this book to anyone who is interested in developing their intelligence, retention or comprehension capabilities, and who is happy to seek out the appropriate resources rather than relying on one book to provide it all to them.

I had never heard of neuroplasticity, the genus of Higher Intelligence, until I became enamored of Lance and James Morcan’s Orphan Trilogy books.
With their well-researched writing style it is a no brainer to absorb this idea that geniuses are developed not born, which hooked me. How do I get myself some of this now I am on the downside of 70 years of age when my brain cells are meant to be atrophying?
I’ve always been open to new ideas and techniques and this well written book gives me several I had not heard of before. The ability to read a novel in an afternoon I’ve go but I’m always eager to learn more. Now to wake up those dormant parts in my brain with this easy to understand approach to intelligence enhancing techniques with colorful diagrams to help me. This is a buzz. I’m inspired.

"Some books are to be tasted, others to be swallowed, and some few to be chewed and digested". Well, this book is definitely the digesting type. This small book has everything one needs to know about IQ. Very practical and proven methods on improving human intelligence. You dont have to have a scientific knowledge to try these methods. And its loads of fun. Definitely gonna read this again.... and again

I’m not one to read non fiction books, but Genius Intelligence is one of those books that bucks the trend. An easy to read book that informs and educates, and could be understood by any layman. It suggests that there is a genius within all of us, if only we were to use our brain to its full potential. A lot of the techniques were new to me, but I would certainly try some of them myself. In all a great read and an inspiring one too.

There is no trivial talks, long stories...this book is to the point and each sentence is relevant. This book may not make you an expert in the methods mentioned in the book .But this will open the door to believing that we are 'powerful beyond measure' unlike what we were taught from a young age.
