Bill Seymour brings his grandmother's story, written decades ago, to light. In the Shadow of the Dam is an intriguing and captivating tale of life with all its ups and down. It is set against the backdrop of a small town impacted by a multi-year construction project, yet it could have been anywhere. The universal truths lived by engaging characters offer a timeless story in a small package.
