A Cookbook By Ted. Volume 2.

Rate this book
My second cookbook contains 38 new recipes, mainly from the late 1800's and early 1900's. Oyster stuffed halibut steak, Baked salmon with mustard-dill sauce, Pan Fried Halibut Steak, Pineapple Pie, Fish liver pâté, Uncooked rosehip jam, Macédoine salad, Sourdough applesauce cake, Caper Sauce, Spanish Sauce, sauces for soups, Beef Marinade, Teriyaki-style Marinade, Pork marinade, and Broiled chicken marinade are some of the recipes in this cookbook. All of these recipes are hand-me-downs. They may have come from a long lost relative, from a cookbook or newspaper or magazine in the 1800’s or early 1900’s, or perhaps even from a side or back of an early 1900’s food package. Includes section on herbs and spices.
