Sav R. Miller is a USA Today bestselling author of adult romance with varying levels of darkness and steam.
In 2018, Sav put her lifelong love of reading and writing to use and graduated with a B.A. in Creative Writing and a minor in Cultural Anthropology. Nowadays, she spends her time giving morally gray characters their happily-ever-afters.
Currently, Sav lives in Kentucky with her dogs Lord Byron, Poe, and Arrow. She loves sitcoms, silence, and sardonic humor.
Stolen Vows was everything I hoped for and more: magnetic characters, seamless pacing, sizzling spice, and a heartfelt fairytale remix that never lost its edge. I adored every page. So much so that I immediately bought the first two books of Miller’s Monsters & Muses series to get more of this world. If you’re craving a dark, short, and addictive romance where the spice enhances the plot instead of burying it, this book is for you. ⭐️🖤🌹 If you want to read my full goodreads review on this book, go here.
Irresistible Devil was sultry, seductive, and laced with forbidden desires—a story of a naive bird with clipped wings who transforms her pain into claws sharp enough to strike back at those who wronged her. Juliet’s arc was empowering, the spice was hot, and the atmosphere was steeped in yearning. While the romance faltered for me and the ending lacked weight, the book still delivered a dark, intoxicating addition to the Black Rose Auction world. 🖤🔥 If you want to read my full goodreads review on this book, go here.
I struggled to get into these two, but once I was able to, I absolutely devoured the stories. I've read Promises and Pomegranates from Sav R. Miller, so I was a little familiar with her work, and I love that this story was about the last of the sisters from Promises and Pomegranates. Stella deserves her own story, and this one is exactly what was needed.
I was not familiar with Jenny Nordbak before this book, so I wasn't sure what to think going into it. She's a masterful creator of drama, and the relationship between Juliet and Reaper was everything I wanted, just from the glimpses we had previously gotten from Reaper.
All in all this is a great book, if you're a fan of either of these authors, or even remixed fairytale, I highly recommend giving it a read.
For Stolen Vows, I’m not super into the mafia angle, but I did enjoy this installment. Would be curious to read more by the author unless it was all mafia. 😂
For Irresistible Devil, I loved Reaper and Juliet - best match in the series so far!
