“We’re both trapped by legacy.” That was just chefs kiss, well said and a fun oh they said the title moment lol.
I didn’t know this was a stalker mafia romance. I’m not a big fan of those, but I’m going to try and keep an open mind. I don’t mind a little but this is like full fledge.
I love a good groveling moment, having a manly boss begging her back. However, a lot of the book was just that, I wish there was more story other then them if that makes sense. Because of that, at times it felt slow. I love the idea of this and second chances are always fun. There were aspects I like, has good tropes.
I’m just so thankful to this author. I’ve enjoyed her books and seeing her journey as an author, can’t wait to see what she comes up with next.

ARC Review
Legacy is a second chance mafia romance in the Sovereigns series! This is for those who love second chances, mafia romances, obsessed MMC who can't help but say, "My wife."😍
As someone who has loved mafia romances and read so many from the Bratva. Mob. Cartel, etc., this has become one of my favorite mafia romances thus far. The plot may be your typical mafia plotline where families have alliances and people are targeting loved ones. HOWEVER, Amanda Zuelo has managed to add elements that make it different from the typical mafia romances I have read. There's history between our characters, there's secrets that have you questioning who to trust, and there's the factor multiple plotlines occurring even under the main plot. I feel like there was a nice balance to how things were intertwined and how the reader is able to focus on the character relationship/romance and also follow along with what is going on in the mafia world. Absolutely captivating in each page!
Can I just say, I love these characters!? As soon as our FMC and MMC meet, the spark and chemistry were there. I can still feel it even after they meet again! The author developed these characters well to make them feel realistic. They are human and when they have history like Angelo and Adriana do, they are bound to grow up over the years and changing. I felt like despite that, they still hold a part of themselves that remained in the past in the loft where they stayed and I loved that it was a constant reference. I also enjoyed reading the other characters! I absolutely love when the author can hint at something else going on with the other characters because it makes me curious and desperate to know more, which usually means I'll be picking up the next books🤤.
Amanda Zuelo's writing was super easy to follow and still descriptive that I was sucked into this world. I found myself highlighting a lot and feeding off of the character's dialogue. Her writing made me cry and pulled my heart strings but also had me feeling proud of the characters. I felt like I watched them develop and grow because of the writing felt as if I knew them personally. I also appreciate how easy it was to dive into this world and I could see me recommending this to someone who is new to mafia romances.

There are not many books I’ve read that can leave me utterly and completely speechless. Speechless as in losing the ability to decipher a coherent thought, a coherent emotion, even a coherent breath.
It makes me so glad to say that “Legacy” did this to me. From the very first chapter, I was on the edge of my seat, already trying to uncover secrets and unearth mysteries.
This book is a blood vow, holy penance, and sinful destruction all at once. It’s a fractured love seeking completion, space seeking soul, heartbreak seeking home.
After initially reading the first book in The Sovereigns Series, “Ruins”, I thought I was prepared for whatever thrills I’m thrust into for “Legacy”.
I was wrong. So wrong. “Ruins” got me hooked on both the author and her books, “Legacy” cemented that devotion.
A mafia Don wanting to heal the cracks he created in the past, a cartel heiress wanting a leave it all behind and build up her own name on the basis of law and order. Angelo and Adriana’s love was explosive in a way that felt like struggle and salvation. Angelo wants nothing but to make it right, Adriana makes him prove he’s worthy of her heart a second time, unsure she wants to trust him with something he had broken.
Saying I loved “Legacy” is an understatement. I broke for Adriana, I burned for Angelo, I shattered for the mistakes of their past that kept them apart.
Amanda has once again created a masterpiece. One I was lucky enough to not only ARC read, but hold in my hands while doing so.

This book was absolutely amazing. Adrianna Scarlet is hands down, one of my top favorite FMC’s. She was so strong, fierce, and just an overall badass. I loved her. I also loved that as tough as she was, she wore her heart on her sleeve when it came to Angelo. There was so much emotion in this book, it drew me in and wouldn’t let me go. The pull you feel between Angelo and Adrianna Scarlet is tangible. I couldn’t get enough of their interactions, their understanding of one another, their attraction, devotion, and love. There are so many sweet, soft touch, moments, that you truly feel the relationship and love grow between them, feel the trust between them build, and feel them slowly and silently, fall in love with one another. I loved reading Adrianna Scarlet’s take no crap attitude. She was a queen, a regina, and I absolutely loved every moment of her sass and strength. Angelo, Sinner, was a goner from the moment he laid eyes on her, and seeing the way he was so utterly captivated by every little thing about her, was so sweet and had me falling for them more and more. Santo and Vasilisa were so much fun to come back to! I’m dying to read about Maksim and Luciano, they were freaking screaming at me!

Let me just say, I think I’m more obsessed with Adriana than I am Angelo. That girl is one badass woman. From the way she controls a room just by walking through it to the way she can kick a grown man’s ass, Adriana doesn’t play.
I absolutely love the dynamic the two of them have together! Not only are they a badass couple, the love and passion between them was so palpable. And her gift to him at the end… wrecked me. I was in tears by the end of the book!
Amanda, you already had me hooked with Ruins, but now you’ve just solidified that I’ll be reading your books for life.

In the beginning, I was really enjoying how easily Angelo and Adriana connected, how Angelo and Vasilisa’s continuing friendship was developing—I would have loved to see even more of that explored as well as the brothers healing their relationship with each other.
Unfortunately, the story had a lot of slow spots for me and I found myself bored at times.
I’m not sure if it was just my mood while reading, but this one didn’t grab me the way the first book did.
After a while, the sex scenes seemed to pop up almost every other chapter, which made them lose their impact. I also found myself wishing for more suspense.
Overall, while it wasn’t a bad book, it didn’t capture me the way the first installment did and I was a bit disappointed.

Angelo and Adriana are seriously the perfect match from their banters to their sexual chemistry this second chance was necessary and the creation of a power couple. Plus who doesn’t love the fact that Santo makes a couple appearances 🤭 This book brought all the spice plus who doesn’t love a yearning Dom like a man in power on his knees hell yea 🤪

Strong willed MMC & a dominant powerful FMC. Angelo & Adriana’s story will not let you down! Oh and did I mention the spice? That’s another 🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼 for Miss Amanda!

It’s heart wrenching watching two people that are in love have to find their way back to each other! Physically and emotionally 😭 but so beautifully told and that ending making sure I come back for more 🥰 I loved being in Scarlets and Angelos world I can’t wait to see more of them
