Certainly helpful for budgeting, forecasting, and establishing proper controls. A lot of crossover between controller and CFO duties. I will use this book as a reference regularly even if it wasn’t tailored to the construction industry.

Este libro es una obligación leerlo y tenerlo cerca si estás involucrado en el area de administración/finanzas/contaduría.

Tiene una cantidad de conceptos sumamente importantes que todos tenemos que dominar.
Me hubiera gustado que el libro sea más largo y que pusiera más ejemplos pero aun así, creo que sienta las bases para que el lector pueda después profundizar más en cualquiera de estos temas expuestos.

Creo que le faltó profundizar más en el área de la importancia de los ERPs en las empresas y de cómo poder implementar/gestionarlos de una manera más eficiente. Creo que solo por este tema, el libro puede estar un poco desactualizado pero aún así recomiendo leerlo.
