A modern, compassionate guide to understanding and transforming karma—practical wisdom for the seeker’s soul.

Meetu Bisht’s To the Beginning of the End of Karma is a refreshing take on an ancient concept often clouded by mystery and fatalism. Drawing on spiritual traditions like the Bhagavad Gita but reimagining them for today’s readers, Bisht unpacks karma as a living force—one that shapes our relationships, finances, health, and day-to-day choices, but can also be resolved consciously by anyone ready to break free from painful patterns.

Unlike many spiritual books that stay lofty, this one breaks karma into tangible, everyday scenarios. The book is divided into sections—first explaining how intentions and emotions sow karmic seeds, then demystifying Sanskrit terms (like Sanchita, Prarabdha, Kriyamana), and finally giving step-by-step practices to dissolve old patterns and actively choose new ones.

Bisht’s central message that karma isn’t just cosmic punishment, it’s an ongoing feedback loop makes it hopeful. With awareness, personal responsibility, and deliberate effort, you can change your karmic “blueprint” instead of being stuck in cycles of regret or blame.

By tying insights from traditional texts like the Bhagavad Gita into the emotional and spiritual dilemmas of contemporary life, Bisht gives readers both depth and relevance. Relationship patterns, money challenges, and health hurdles are reframed not as random misfortune but as opportunities for growth and healing.

Each chapter makes the reading experience interactive and transformative. I like how every chapter starts with a quote, captivating the readers from there itself. The book asks readers to reflect deeply, but also to take practical steps towards uncluttering their lives, minds, and karmic imprints.

If you’re looking for a hands-on spiritual guide—one that combines introspection and clear action—To the Beginning of the End of Karma is a must-read. It’s hopeful, healing, and expertly bridges timeless wisdom with modern challenges, making the ancient law of karma a tool for personal liberation rather than a life sentence.

I’ve always been a strong believer in karma, but reading this book by Meetu Bisht helped me look at it with deeper clarity.

The book explains karma not just as a mystical concept, but as something very practical: every action we take is karma. Every course of action generates emotions happiness or sorrow and these emotions shape the results we experience in life.

What resonated with me most is the idea that our current suffering or joy is not random. It is directly connected to the actions we’ve taken, consciously or unconsciously. To truly step into the power of karma, we must become more self-aware. Instead of blaming circumstances, we need to reflect: What action led me here? What can I change within myself?

This awareness is where transformation begins. By recognizing our mistakes, realigning our actions, and acting with consciousness, we regain our inner power and shape a better future.

For me, the book reaffirmed that karma isn’t about fate it’s about responsibility, awareness, and conscious action.

When I first opened To the Beginning of the End of Karma, I was intrigued by Meetu Bisht’s promise to transform karma from an abstract doctrine into a hands‑on roadmap for living. Rather than lofty theory, the opening chapters immediately underscored that karma is something I can actively engage with—turning burdens into opportunities for growth and conscious choice.

Understanding Karma in Daily Life
Early on, Bisht shows how karmic threads weave through real‑world scenarios—strained relationships, health challenges, money struggles, and the quiet loops of our own thought patterns. I found this deeply resonant: seeing my personal setbacks reframed as signals rather than punishments gave me fresh motivation to investigate their roots rather than simply endure them.

A Clear, Three‑Part Structure
The book’s division into Cause and Creation, Method and Manifestation, and Course of Action felt elegantly logical. In the first section, I traced how my intentions and habitual emotions sow karmic seeds; the second section demystified Sanskrit terms like Sanchita, Prarabdha, and Kriyamana by linking them to tangible life events; and the final section empowered me with step‑by‑step practices to dissolve old patterns and consciously shape new ones.

Deep Dive into the Four Types of Karma
I especially valued the concise yet thorough explanations of the four karmic categories:
Sanchita (all accumulated past actions)

Prarabdha (the subset manifesting now)

Kriyamana (the actions I’m sowing today)

Agami (the karmic outcomes I’m setting in motion)

By reading vivid examples alongside these definitions, I began to identify, for the first time, which patterns in my life belonged to each category—and where I could intervene.

Practical Exercises for Real Change
Rather than leaving me stranded with concepts, the author provides journaling prompts, mindful pauses, and visualizations. Working through prompts like “Trace a recurring conflict to its origin” or “Notice the ego‑driven voice in moments of stress” felt like holding a mirror up to my daily habits—and then stepping through it into new possibilities.

Illuminating the Ego’s Role
One of the most transformative chapters for me explored how the ego fuels karmic loops—how criticism, comparison, and reactive defensiveness perpetuate suffering. By learning to observe these impulses without judgment, I discovered practical ways to soften my automatic reactions and break free of self‑reinforcing patterns.

Blending Ancient Wisdom with Modern Clarity
Throughout the book, Bisht weaves in insights from the Bhagavad Gita and yogic philosophy, yet she never allows the text to feel dated or dense. Her modern interpretations made classical teachings feel immediately relevant to my daily challenges—bridging centuries of wisdom with the pace of contemporary life.

Final Thoughts: A Compass for Conscious Living
By the last page, I felt equipped with a compassionate framework for navigating life’s recurring themes. To the Beginning of the End of Karma doesn’t promise overnight miracles, but it does offer a steady, actionable path to self‑awareness and change. For anyone ready to move beyond feeling like a victim of circumstances and instead become the conscious architect of their own journey, this book is a must‑have guide

If you're ready to evolve, the book will choose you....

"The more humble you are about what you give or do for someone, the faster your karmic debts resolve".

Feeling trapped in recurring patterns? The reset button might be this book. Engage in acts of appreciation, change your perspective, and draw in the karma you are entitled to.

Although the concept of karma is frequently discussed nowadays, many people are confused by it. After reading this insightful book, I now have the most comprehensive grasp of karma that I have yet to experience. Karma functions as a tool for introspection and growth rather than as a punitive force.

🌻 About The Book (Concept):

In a unique way, this book blends practical ideas with spiritual wisdom. Meetu Bisht explores the frequently misinterpreted world of karma with the warmth of a close friend and the insight of a seasoned mentor. Bisht explains karma as a mirror reflecting our innermost patterns—our ideas, feelings, relationships, and choices—instead of confounding it or limiting it to simple reward and punishment.

"To the Beginning of the End of Karma" promotes facing life head-on and completely awake rather than running away from it. It provides clarity, hope, and useful instruments to start the process of inner transformation. The book also promotes a mental change, moving away from victimising your circumstances and towards actively shaping your reality. It teaches that karmic cycle release and healing are possible with awareness and deliberate effort.

Overall, this book is a motivator for significant personal transformation rather than only being a spiritual read. For anyone looking for inner alignment, growth, and clarity in the complicated world of today, it's ideal. The way the author expertly combined timeless lessons from books like the Bhagavad Gita with current spiritual and emotional issues was something I found admirable. Bisht's reworking of karma is not fatalistic; rather, it stresses taking responsibility for one's actions and shifting from reactivity to awareness.

🌻 Why should you read this book ?

This book is a knowledgeable and reliable guide for anyone starting their path or looking to gain a deeper grasp of karma.

"To the Beginning of the End of Karma" stands out among the plethora of self-help books as it provides the means to change suffering in addition to merely understanding it.

🎯 Target Audience:

"To the Beginning of the End of Karma" is a must for everyone who is serious about spiritual development, personal progress, or inner transformation.

" Every man who, we think, gets something by chance , has been working for it slowly and surely through the ages "
- Swami Vivekananda
If this quote stirs your soul, then this book is meant for you. "To the beginning of the end of Karma" by Meetu Bisht is a profound exploration of the theory of Karma. This book is surely five star read for me. This is not a mere random statement . And I say this with conviction . Let's discuss why this book is a five star read for me :

"Karma " _ A well familiar term for most of us. Yet we often miss the depth and true essence of this term.
I personally beleive in karma and past life concept. But didn't have proper deep knowledge about it. I always craved to know more about this term — It's meaning, essence, operation process in our daily life. This book has fulfilled my curiosity in a beautifully crafted way. The author hasn't only presented about the meaning of the term but also has presented a insightful knowledge about karma. It also addresses the karmic cycle, debt of our life , cause, effect in dedicated manner.

The book is divided into three sections. Each section contains different parts and knowledge about karma. I personally love the last section most. It captures the pure essence, meaning ,new perspective of Karma. The term 'Karma' itself holds mystery that we rarely understand. And to unfold the mystery behind the term this book is much needed. You will be surprised after reading it, knowing different shades of Karma and it's cause. Bisht offers a deep, logical, practical approach through her writing. The approach is simple, well crafted, easy to understand. I appreciate the crafting of the chapters. Each chapter is crisp and engaging, without the weight of unnecessary details. Each one is well balanced and precise .

What I also love about this book is the use of quotes and practical examples. It make this book more approachable and easy to read. I have never read any such book that shows deep analysis, logical facts, about karma like this one. My favourite chapters from this book are -"Past Lives and karma", "Ego: The Cause of Karma" , " Our Feelings and Karma". One of the best thing I appreciate about the book it's way of addressing ' Ego' - The most common and fast spreading disease in todays world. To know about ego, it's effect, way to escape from it,you should definitely pick this book.

I would personally recommend this book to everyone . Read it, understand it and shape your life. If you are ready to address Karma then this book will find you definitely ,just like the author has said - " And if you are ready to evolve, the book will choose you".

I am being honest, it is one of those rare books that truly made me stop, reflect, and think differently.

Infact I picked it up as I had read two of her previous books 'Living Spirituality' and 'Why We Are Who We Are' and they were absolutely profound reads. Not only they broadened my perspective towards spirituality but also made me contemplate on my choice of actions.

The subject of karma many a times feels too heavy or too confusing to many, but this book helps readers look at it in a much more grounded way.

The language is calm yet direct, you can check from the few pages I have shared above, and the author doesn’t speak down to the reader, she speaks with you.

Her tone felt like a wise friend guiding me through the tangled web of choices, patterns, and emotional loops I didn’t even know I was stuck in.

I especially appreciated how the book doesn’t just talk about karma as some vague spiritual idea. Instead, it shows how karmic threads are connected to real-life struggles like money issues, strained relationships, unexplained health problems, and even recurring thoughts. Ultimately our actions are linked with our results. Thus Karma exists and we all face it. Even it shares insights from Bhagavad Gita around Karma and what Ego has to do with it.

So, if you are exploring spiritual knowledge or trying to grow spiritually, this book can be one of your primary guides as well.

The clarity with which Meetu Bisht explained all this felt empowering. She doesn’t offer shortcuts or sugar-coated solutions.

Rather, the book offers a clear mirror to look into and the courage to work on yourself, from the inside out.

Thats why I love reading her books. Lucid, thoughtful and that which doesnot beat around the bushes.

The beautiful hardcover format also makes it feel like something sacred, a book I’ll want to return to again.

Here’s few more reasons,
why I personally liked this book:

1. It gave me a new way to reflect on life choices.
2. It helped me understand recurring relationship problems.
3. It connected physical health to emotional baggage.
4. It offered steps, not just theories.
5. It simplified big ideas without losing depth.
6. It gave me hope that change is possible.
7. It combined old wisdom with modern thinking.
8. It felt personal and spiritually grounding.

I recommend it to all.

Do you believe in karma?
To the Beginning of the End of Karma by Meetu Bisht-

I don’t think I’ve read a book in recent times that made me pause and reflect so much as To the Beginning of the End of Karma by Meetu Bisht. From the very first page, it felt less like I was reading, and more like I was being gently guided through layers of my own thoughts, beliefs, and patterns that I didn’t even know were shaping my life.

Let me first say — even before opening the book, I was already drawn to it. The cover itself is so aesthetic. The soft blend of white and blue is so calming, and if you know me, you know how much I love blue. 💙 This book’s colours instantly gave me a positive and peaceful vibe.

About the book itself: The title grabbed me right away because we’ve all heard about karma, right? Since childhood we’re told “this is your karma” or “don’t do this, karma will come back.” But To the Beginning of the End of Karma actually helps you understand what karma really means — without fear, without confusion.

Meetu Bisht writes in a way that’s simple yet deep. She explains how karma isn’t something to be scared of. It’s not some punishment waiting to hit you. It’s a pattern. A pattern we can understand, and once we understand, we can change. And the best part is, she gives practical steps - real, everyday things you can do.

The book is divided in a beautiful way:
•Cause and Creation: how our karma forms through our thoughts, emotions, and ego.
•Method and Manifestation: how it shows up in life like relationships, health, money.
•Course of Action: what we can actually do to break the negative cycles.

I really loved how the book connected karma to daily life. It made me reflect on my own choices, my reactions, and even how my small actions can change my future. The part about ego really made me stop and think. And the references to the Bhagavad Gita was new information to me.

For me, this wasn’t just reading a book,it felt like spending time with a wise friend. It's peaceful, powerful, and truly transformative. If you’re looking for a book that helps you understand yourself better, please pick this up.

This book did not comfort me, it exposed me

I recently completed reading To the Beginning of the End of Karma and to be honest I did not expect much from it. The title felt a little heavy and serious but something told me to just try it once.

After starting the book I realised it is not some big spiritual lecture.

It actually talks about simple things that we all go through in daily life.

The author connects karma with our emotions, thoughts and small decisions that we usually ignore.

While reading I suddenly felt like many times we keep facing the same situation again and again because we never understand the reason behind it.

There was one line in the introduction that honestly made me stop for a moment. The author says that "Our growth totally depends on how well we understand our own karma and how we deal with it."
It really hit me because most of the time we blame other people or our past. But the actual work is to look inside and change the pattern.

The writing style is very calm and simple.
There are no difficult words or anything confusing.
I actually felt like the book is talking to me personally.

It does not give direct advice but it makes you think.

I had to keep the book down after few pages just to reflect on my own life.

Personally, this book came at the right time. I was feeling very stuck and confused about why some things keep repeating. After reading few chapters I started understanding the reasons and somewhere it gave me a little peace from inside.

I will definitely suggest this book to anyone who is in a phase of self questioning or who wants a little clarity in life.

You cannot finish this book in one go. It is the type of book that requires slow reading and little bit of time to absorb.

And I must say, re-reading the book is very important as it will give you different perspectives everytime you read.

Overall, it is a very genuine and meaningful read and I am really happy that I picked it.

Karma is one of the most complex and misunderstood subjects. Many of us think of it as a system of revenge—something that pays us back for our past actions. But this book reveals the deeper truth.

It covers all the essential aspects of Karma with clarity and depth. I'm truly delighted to finally have something to recommend whenever someone asks about fate, destiny, or Karma. This book provides answers in a way that’s both accessible and profound.

As I had hoped, it turned out to be a deeply enlightening read. The way Karma is explained here feels revolutionary. Despite having read several scriptures, I still had lingering questions about Karma and its connection to our lives. This book answered all of them.

Even as I write this, my fingers are trembling. It might sound like an exaggeration, but I know within myself that this is the knowledge and experiential truth I’ve been seeking—perhaps even across lifetimes. I feel I’ll revisit this book again and again to let its wisdom sink into my subconscious fully.

Karma is far more than what we usually think. At its core, it is not about punishment or revenge—it’s about transformation. Karma aims to help us rise above our current conditioning. For example, when we imprison someone for theft, the goal isn’t just to punish them—it’s to reform them so they return as a better person, not someone worse. Similarly, Karma exists not to take revenge but to correct and refine the soul’s journey.

It’s not only our actions that matter, but the behavior and mindset behind them. Karma is a tool for evolution—for helping us grow, awaken, and become who we are truly meant to be.

There’s so much more I wish to share, but I’ll pause here and let you wander through the wisdom of Karma, page by page, discovering its truth in your own soul’s rhythm.

As someone who is deeply spiritual and strongly believes in the karmic cycle, I was instantly drawn to this book. The title itself resonated with my beliefs, and I knew I had to pick it up.

𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
The cover is beautifully minimalist, using tones of blue, black, and white that lend it an aesthetic yet grounded vibe. The title is powerful and perfectly captures the essence of the book. I especially appreciated the subtle yet impactful illustrations inside.

𝐍𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
The narration balances preachiness and practicality. It’s direct and to the point, yet compassionate in tone. The language is mostly lucid, making it accessible to a broad range of readers.

𝐎𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐧:
✓ In Sanatan Dharma, it is believed that the path to salvation evolves with each Yuga. What was ideal in earlier Yugas is not necessarily practical today. Based on this idea, the author presents a modern and realistic interpretation of Karma.
✓ The book offers a deep dive into the workings of Karma—its roots in past lives, its ripple effects, and how it influences our present and future.
✓ The author also provides thoughtful insights into how we can begin recognising, understanding, and unburdening ourselves from karmic baggage.
✓ One of the most moving chapters answers a question many of us have pondered: Why do good souls often face the most difficult paths?
✓ The book also explores different dimensions of karma—money, health, relationships—and dispels myths associated with them, offering clarity and perspective.
✓ With its practical approach, relatable scenarios, strong presentation, and structured flow, this book is a must-read for anyone even remotely interested in spirituality or self-evolution.

The book offers a practical guide to retrieving control over one's life by transforming karmic burdens into opportunities for spiritual growth and liberation. The author explores various facets of life—relationships and personal development—through the lens of karma and dissolve negative patterns by simplifying karma. Drawing from ancient wisdom, the author integrates traditional spiritual concepts with modern interpretations, making them relevant to today's seekers. The book delves deeper into the types of karma and the intricacies of karmic patterns, providing readers with tools to identify, understand, and transcend them. The chapter on a deeper understanding of tendencies simplifies the concept that tendencies are the root cause of complexities that eventually create conditioning. Another important chapter on ‘The End of Ego and Karma’ has been beautifully written. The author addresses Factors like criticism, comparisions, confusions, negative reactions, pointless discussions and endless expectations inflate ego and build negative karma. Another beautifully written chapter on identifying pending karma, highlights 17 scenarios that can help the reader identity their pending karmas. All these scenarios are explained in a simple yet comprehendible language and are relatable. Other chapters on health karma, money karma, personal karma and charity are extremely insightful. The explanation of ‘Our behavior and Karma’ is the icing on the cake where the author beautifully mentions the power and freedom an individual gets when they ‘Let Go’. This gives them a sense of inner lightness and spaciousness. The author explains how when one ‘Lets go’ space for new and positive things and people are created in an individual’s life.

“What if karma isn’t punishment, but a pattern waiting to be understood and released?”

In Karma: To the Beginning of the End of Karma, Meetu Bisht—already known for her powerful works Living Spirituality and Why We Are Who We Are—offers a soul-deep yet strikingly practical roadmap to breaking free from the karmic cycle. And this time, it’s not just food for thought—it’s a guidebook for action.

This isn’t your typical esoteric ramble on destiny and suffering. Instead, Bisht untangles karma’s knotted threads in real-life contexts: your toxic relationships, financial setbacks, chronic health issues—all seen through the lens of karmic imprints, but addressed with steps that are grounded, logical, and deeply reflective. What really stood out is her empathetic tone—never preachy, always empowering.

Bisht skillfully merges the timeless teachings of texts like the Bhagavad Gita with today’s emotional and spiritual dilemmas. Her reinterpretation of “karma” isn’t about blind fate, but about conscious responsibility—how to stop being reactive and start becoming aware.

Each chapter feels like a spiritual coaching session—there are moments that make you pause, journal, and honestly confront your own patterns. Whether you're dealing with the pain of repeated relationship failures, money blocks, or even unexplained health cycles, the author offers a clear mirror—and a doorway.

The highlight? Her "Karmic Math"—a term she uses to explain the cause-effect dance we’re constantly in—is explained with simplicity, offering readers not just clarity, but liberation from helplessness.

Who should read this?

* Anyone on a journey of emotional healing or self-growth.
* Spiritual seekers tired of theory and hungry for application.
* Readers looking to decode the deeper “why” behind life’s repetitive patterns.

In a world flooded with self-help books, Karma stands apart—because it doesn’t just explain your suffering. It hands you the key to transform it.

Each one has different meanings and views about the term karma. And we tend to work and believe in it blindly. But if we get to know what actually resides behind the term karma and how to tackle it by following a few steps, it makes it easier to overcome it. When I was in the midst of that phase, I got hold of this book. I have learned a few things from it, which are summarized as follows.

The book is divided into three sections:

Cause & Creation—In this section it shares the information about the law of karma, our past lives and their causes, and tendencies. It comprises more detailed theory about ancient sayings; how ego plays a vital role in the seed of karma; how our behaviour, greed, and negative energy are interconnected; and the basis of karmic creation (tendencies, conditioning, habits, character, and deeds). Attracting positive energy leads to work on the transformation of karmic deeds.

Method & Manifestation—In this section we get to know more about Vedic astrology with four different types along with deeper meanings. We sometimes feel I’ve always been good and done good for everyone, but why am I the only one who suffers the most? But here I got the meaning: a good one needs to work on and settle more challenges in a short time. It helps to keep them evolving in life.

Course & Action—After getting to know about the past deeds and methods to work, at the end we get to know about how to put them into action. In this section we are shared with different scenarios for ego awareness, relationships, courage, loss of powers, and our feelings (do as you feel, stay light, and so on).

On the whole, the book is packed with detailed information and new perspectives on karma.

To the Beginning of the End of Karma is one of those books that doesn’t just explain “what karma is” but invites you to sit with yourself and really reflect on why certain patterns keep showing up in your life.

What I appreciated most is that Meetu Bisht keeps things clear, relatable, and practical. Instead of making karma sound like a heavy, mystical punishment, she reframes it as a mirror, showing us how our choices, emotions, and even unhealed wounds from the past ripple into our present. I especially liked how she broke it down into areas like relationships, money, and health, because it immediately made me think about my own recurring cycles.

The structure of the book is simple yet effective; moving from the “cause” to the “method” to the “action.” It made me feel like I was actually being guided step by step, not just fed abstract ideas. There are also prompts and reflections sprinkled throughout, which helped me pause and connect theory with practice.

My favourite part was the way she handled the ego’s role in karma, how comparison, defensiveness, or criticism quietly fuel our cycles. That chapter felt like holding up a mirror to my own patterns, but in a way that felt compassionate, not shaming.

Sometimes, I found myself wishing certain points were wrapped up sooner. Still, it’s one of those books you don’t rush through; you sit with it, highlight passages, and come back to them when life throws you into the same old lessons again.

If you’re someone who’s ever felt “stuck” in life and wondered why the same issues keep returning, this book gives both clarity and tools to shift those patterns. It’s less about “ending karma” in a dramatic sense, and more about starting a gentler, conscious relationship with it.

As June comes to an end, I am so happy that I have finished my most anticipated read for this month. Personally, June started with the motivation to improve and work upon myself. And so I picked various non-fictional books to read which revolved around improving mindset and grow spiritually. And that was the time when I came across this book which I found interesting because it revolved around spiritual growth.

Now that I have finished reading this book, I would say go and read this book now!!! The book is written in depth. Right from introducing various terms and their importance and effects to how we can improve it and avoid doing things which would lead to bad karma is written. The book is divided into 3 sections -

- First talks about Karma.
- Second section talks about Karma but in more detail. It introduces us to the tendencies of the karma and its working.
- Third and last section talks about how we are dependent and affected by karma.

I loved this book throughout. Right from its first page the author has maintained a certain way of writing which keeps the reader engaged even when the book is non-fictional. The readers who are new to spiritual books might find the first section heavy and deep, but the reading should be continued. Once the base is understood, next chapters become clearer.

There are many things which I came across after reading this book, as a person who is keen on growing spiritually found this book very impactful. The author has put wisdom and knowledge into this book and I am so grateful to reading this book.

A must read for the people who wanna know karma is detail and grow spiritually.

Reading To the Beginning of the End of Karma felt like sitting down with a wise, understanding friend who gently helped make sense of things that once felt too big or confusing. The book didn’t try to sound too grand or complicated, it simply invited reflection in a calm, compassionate way.

It offered a fresh way to look at karma—not as some kind of punishment, but as a pattern we’re all living through and learning from. What made it really relatable was how it connected karma to everyday life: the way we struggle in relationships, deal with money, face health challenges. These weren’t presented as random misfortunes, but as opportunities to understand ourselves better and gently shift how we respond.

The tone throughout was warm and clear. No heavy spiritual language, no pressure to believe anything specific but just honest insights and small, practical steps that could be applied to real life. It felt grounded and human, and that made it easy to trust.

That said, there were moments when some ideas felt familiar—things that have been said before in other spiritual or self-help books. While the language here was softer and more personal, the core concepts weren’t always new. Still, the way they were expressed added a depth and kindness that stood out.

By the end, the book left me feeling a little lighter and more centered. It didn’t offer any dramatic revelations, but it gave something even better: a quiet kind of clarity, and the sense that real and meaningful change is possible, one step at a time.

A thoughtful and soothing read for anyone looking to understand their patterns, make peace with the past, and walk forward with more awareness.

To the Beginning of the End of Karma by Meetu Bisht is much more than just a book; it is a wonderful epiphany done with grace. I was drawn to this book even before I started reading it, one of the main reasons for that was definitely the soothing cover design and the colour palette.
Meetu reads as that warm friend who is always right there for you but also like a lifelong teacher of our human experience: she debunks karma not as an act of the universe to punish us, but as a pattern that we can identify, understand, and rewrite gently. Headed from the depths of our sacred text traditions (like the Bhagavad Gita), Meetu brings the teachings to bear on modern day issues, (relationships, finances, health) bridging the gap from our ancient wisdom to our everyday life.

Her voice is soothing, the water just barely lapping at our feet, and she is a simple woman with powerful practicality wrapped around her fingers. Reading each chapter is much like having a good, hard look in the mirror, with a step-by-step visual map for creating change: It asks readers to stop in their tracks, consider their situation, and act from a somewhat new angle. Whether just in the beginning phases of spirituality or already taking a more advanced trip along the path of connection, the book embraces you and does that without casting any judgments at you (no jargon-simple and authentic). The book does not, however, assure you of a miracle. It does, however, promise an experience far-grander - an experience where you take the reins of your story. A faithful companion for anyone who wants to consciously heal.

To the beginning to the end of Karma is a well written book with simple language that answers the ever looming question: 'What is Karma and how does it impact our current life'. It is for people who are just beginning to understand karma and it's impacts.

This book will enrich you and also help you understand that Karma is not something to fear. It is not something which is out of your area of control. It is not something that we need to worry about. It is in fact, something that we can control and reap benefits from not only in our present but also in the lifetimes to come. Karma can be changed.

This book felt like it held my hand and huided me through all my qualms and queries. Big words like Sanchita (past accumulated karma),Prarabdha (karma currently bearing fruit), Kriyamana (karma actively being created) are explained so beautifully with relatable examples that they don't feel scary anymore.

It will not only help you identify the karmic loops that we get stuck in for many lifetimes but also enlighten you on how to break away from them from. How to breakfeee from hasty reactions and replace them with thoughtful responses.

This book helps you achieve one of the toughest things that humankind might experience, the ability to make choices. Karma is not something that we give in to but it is something that we actively change and create based on our everyday choices of high-vibrating and low-vibrating actions.

All in all, this is your ultimate guide to befriend karma and take charge of not just your present life but also the lives that are in store for you.

To the beginning of the end of Karma—Meetu Bisht

“No man is to be judged by the mere nature of his duties, but all should be judged by the manner and the spirit in which they perform them.” - Swami Vivekananda

Karma is one thing I strongly believe in life. Our actions are the reactions to the events that never happen even when we wish to attain them. I never had in-depth knowledge of Karma. Basically, what I know is if you do good, that reaches in some way, and if you cheat anyone, that happens the very next moment in our lives. But this book gave me more insights and a sense of profundity.

The writing was lucid to follow the writing. Before starting ever chapter there were wonderful quotes from emninent people. My first impression was in the first chapter where the line was “Everything in the universe is in order. Nature follows this order”.

Starting from the basic thing what’s is Karma, how the author slowly progresses the knowledge of Karma. Split into three sections, and my personal favorite section was the second one. I was amazed how much I loved every minute while reading it. I always adored people who always smile and are kind, though they have different problems in life. It’s just a great thing to be kind because if we keep smiling, it will be even better to face life’s challenges. Even we, about some people who take social responsibility, might look privileged. It’s not because they have to deal with their past and present karmic debt too.

If you want to know what karma is and its in-depth meaning with life and the universe. This will be your go-to book for your answers.

Karma, a subject that has intrigued, mystified, and often instilled fear, has shaped our lives in profound ways. If you are someone seeking to understand how life truly works and looking for answers to break free from the seemingly unbreakable grip of karma, then this simple yet impactful book is the one for you. ✨

The book is divided into three parts: Karma: Cause and Creation, Method and Manifestation, and Course of Action. It subtly guides you to understand what karma is, the methods and types of karma, and finally how you can take simple steps to transform your life by being conscious of your actions and their consequences.💫

Bisht's writing is clear and simple, enriched with apt examples and references that make complex topics easy to grasp. The book emphasizes that our joys and sufferings aren’t solely the result of this lifetime but an accumulated outcome of deeds across many lifetimes. It presents an approachable way to recognize karmic patterns and learn how to break through them.

This is the kind of book you read slowly, absorbing the lessons, highlighting passages, and returning to its wisdom when life repeats its tests.

For me, this book made me pause and reflect on my own choices and how even small actions can ripple into larger consequences. If you feel that you're stuck in repeating cycles or why certain things keep happening, then this is the book for you.!
Definitely a 5 star read for me.⭐

✅ Read this book if:
◾You’re interested in learning about karma and its patterns
◾You’re ready to evolve and take responsibility for your actions
◾You’re seeking clarity on how to consciously shape a better future

“𝘒𝘢𝘳𝘮𝘢 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘭𝘢𝘸 𝘰𝘧 𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘰𝘳 𝘤𝘰𝘴𝘮𝘪𝘤 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘦, 𝘣𝘢𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘶𝘱𝘰𝘯 𝘤𝘢𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘦𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘤𝘵.”
As Indians, we have grown up hearing about karma a lot, and as `Genz’s (or people who used to put Instagram quotes like- “I won’t seek revenge I would let karma do the job”), reading a book about it was actually refreshing.
As someone who never truly picks up a non-fictional book (I’ll just let my Instagram page be a proof of that), I was honestly impressed by how simple yet thought provokingly interesting this book was. And the best part was I couldn’t put this book down!

It talks a lot about self-exploration, being in touch with your emotions, emotional regulation all the while showing how karma gets attached to you/ your soul with the decisions you take in your life in spaces like relationships, finance, help, and yourself.

Growing up in a Jain household, I’ve heard the same phrase “jo jaisa Karega, uske saath aisa hi hoga”, and this book talks a lot about how karma and karm are different and how they keep following your spirit and your energies until the karma is resolved (until you’ve learnt the lesson). I thought karma was this- learning the lesson, but this book talks about how you realise that it's not karma, you rectifying the mistakes/ feelings, is the end of karma. This book talks about how even if we are the entity who was wronged, we still need to let go of the emotions and go to a higher plane and only then would we be free from the karma.

In simple words, the book is this- simple, things you might have heard of from your parents, yet the only guidebook you could need as an adult to know about self, emotions, and the world.
