Great book! There were a lot of fun characters and each had their own unique personalities. It’s an interesting setting/concept for a story as I definitely wasn’t super familiar with the concept of the grim reaper/their role so it was cool to be exposed to elements of it. With heaven and hell being involved too it was a fun inclusion to have recognizable people from the bible and imagine what they might be like. Lots of good fight scenes and a satisfying wrap-up while maintaining the possibility for more to come!

Jordan Smith has delivered a dark fantasy gem. This book kept me at the edge of my seat with its shadowy, witty and supernatural vibes. For anyone drawn TJ fast paced fantasy with weight, this is the journey you end embarking!
