LOVED the story between Pike and Chloe. Well written, and so sweet. Pike was so patient as Chloe tried to deal with her past, and both trying to figure out their relationship after the death of Ashley, Pikes sister, and Chloe’s best friend. Being an avid book reader, it annoys me when details in the story are blatantly overlooked, thinking the reader won’t catch it. Specifically, when Pike, Chloe, and Gemma moved into the log house in the wilderness, Pike assured Chloe that cameras and alarms would alert them of any intruders. Even a camera that focused on the road leading to the cabin. Pike would get an alert and alarms would sound if anyone entered the house. Pike would walk around the perimeter daily to check for any issues with security. Then one night, Chloe wakes up and informs Pike that there is an intruder inside the home, and then was killed by Chloe after Pike became incapacitated. No mention of the elaborate security system failing or how the intruder got up the main road without tripping the alarm.
Also, the MC wouldn’t have left Chloe and Gemma unprotected in the log cabin or left Pike to travel back to the MC compound alone, especially after Angel was ambushed by the rival MC and was killed. ( how did his motorcycle get to the cabin, when he brought Chloe and Gemma up there in a vehicle)? The Pres would have asked other clubs for help to assure everyone’s safety.
These little in indiscrepancies are hard to overlook when reading a book. I thoroughly enjoyed the previous books in this series, and don’t recall lack of details. This one seemed rushed.
Also, the MC wouldn’t have left Chloe and Gemma unprotected in the log cabin or left Pike to travel back to the MC compound alone, especially after Angel was ambushed by the rival MC and was killed. Pike and Chloe
This is another installment in the Steel Demons MC and it was another five star read for me. I love how this author brings these big, bad bikers to their knees when they find their women and protect them to no end.
This is Pike and Chloe’s story, one that I thought would never work out because Pike blames Chloe for his sister’s death. Now he is to protect Chloe and her daughter from the Ghost Riders MC. The more time they spend together the more they really get to know each other and things begin to change.
To say that I’m happy that these two found their HEA is an understatement. All I can do now is patiently wait for the next book from this author.

The threat from the rival MC is escalating, and Chloe and Gemma will never be safe unless the Steel Demons MC can neutralize the danger they face. This is book 12 of the series. Each story is it's own stand alone, but the MC family runs through the series and there are plotlines that carry at least through a couple of stories. In this case you get introduced to the MMC and FMC in book 11 TBone, and I recommend you at least read that one for back story. You can still enjoy this story if you don't but it will be better with the layers of understanding. He blames her for his sister's death, his last family. He doesn't want his MC to help her and he surely doesn't want to be the one assigned to protect her. She knows it is her fault. She made stupid choices and fell for the wrong man. She could live with that but she has to protect her daughter. No one blames her more for Ashley's death than she blames herself. She understands why he hates her, she thinks he is justified. She doesn't want anything for herself, just to protect her innocent daughter. The more they are together, the more he can't deny she isn't who he thought she was, and who she is makes him want to protect her, to protect them both. There is a lot of DV trauma here so if that is a trigger for you, skip this one. It is wonderfully redemptive as these two broken people find a way to put the pieces back together to make a new life. When they finally break it is beautiful, it is brutal and it is about time. I have really enjoyed this series. they all get a happily ever after.

Pike & Chloe: an unexpected couple!
This was another great addition to this amazing series. Although it is a standalone and it’s not a requirement, I would recommend reading the previous book (T-Bone) before this one, because it gives you a better picture of the current situation, as the previous story is this one’s background of sorts and the two MCs here were important secondary characters in T-Bone. That being said, I really liked both Pike and Chloe. Chloe has endured hardships and dangers to last her ten lifetimes. Her main concern is to keep her little girl alive and safe. She considers herself responsible for Ashley’s (Pike’s sister) death and he claims the same at first. He hurts deeply and Chloe is a premium target / scapegoat (and he sees it from the start for what it is, even if he tries to ignore it). So, this love story is one that explores contradictive emotions (hate and love, weakness and strength, despair and determination, nightmares and dreams). Action, danger and brotherhood are the constants of this book and I loved every page. 4.5 stars.

3.5 stars for me. I couldn't connect to the story and I definitely didn't feel the love as quickly after so much Hate, yeas with a capital H. Will aka Pike despised Chloe and wasn't quiet about it either. I highly suggest reading these in order since it seems like each one is linked to events that's had happened that keeps happening each story. This is a new author for me and new series so I didn't know how the writing style is. That being said I felt like there was more before this story since it felt like I was dropped in the middle and had to figure out what happened as I read. I found myself skipping some pages because I couldn't connect and hoping I could find somewhere, where I can,

This was a beautiful and emotional story that tugged at your heartstrings. Pike can't stand Chloe and blames her for the death of his sister, Ash, because of her. Now he's tasked with protecting Chloe and her daughter from the MC Ghost Riders. Now that they're all dependent on each other, it doesn't take long for the bomb to explode. When he discovers that the truth is different than he'd imagined all these years, it's difficult to come to terms with it. An emotional and raw story filled with drama, grief, recrimination, longing, romance, and much more.

Chloe and her daughter Gemma first show up in T-Bone, when her sister is trying to find her niece, not realizing her sister is still alive. Pike feels Chloe is responsible for his sister Ash's death. She is not mad that he feels that way, she herself is racked with guilt over Ash's death.

This book pulled at the heartstrings. Pike having lost his only other family member his sister Ash to a senseless beating to protect a woman and her child. A woman and child he now has to protect as part of his dying sisters wish sees himself really having to dig deep to get over his grief and be the brother his sister knew him to be. A protector/ good guy and so far he hasn't shown that to Chloe and yet she doesn't hold that against him as she already feels immense guilt.
The trials and physical attraction these two have really makes for such a good read and who can go past little Gemma. Can't wait for the next one.

This is another engaging addition to the series and I loved the healing arc woven into this one. Both Chloe and Pike are playing the blame game, each thinking that Chloe is responsible for death of Ashley, Pike's sister. However, forced to protect her, he finds she and her daughter have been through the wringer. What follows is an emotional journey that slowly rebuilds trust and healing so that they can have their HEA. This is an intense read that's filled with action, drama, danger, forgiveness and romance to give these two the fab second chance romance they both deserve. Well done!

This compelling story grabs you right from the start. Chloe and Pike, both blame themselves for the death of his sister from a rival MC. When the threat returns Pike is given the task of protecting Chloe and her daughter and through their closeness their eyes and hearts open up to new possibilities along with mending of their hearts. It is an emotional journey for them and had me all caught up in their journey.

As always Sarina’s stories are filled with just the right amount of drama and spice to keep you turning the pages. Pike and Chloe's story was an emotional one because he blames Chloe for his sister's death. What starts as resentment from Pike as he protects Chloe and her daughter from the Ghost Riders MC develops into a beautiful story of healing and love. I look forward to each new installment in this excellent series.

Great story!!
This is the first 12th book in this phenomenal series and this is Like and Chloe's story.
This is a well written action packed story, with family, friendships, emotions, loyalty, drama, loss, grief, heartbreak, danger, suspense, intrigue, secrets, trust, revelations, healing, redemption, undeniable chemistry, and love which leads to an entertaining, tragic, twisted and unpredictable addictive page turner.
I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

This is book 13 of this author’s Steel Demons MC Series. The story stars This is Pike and Chloe and you can’t help but root for this couple. I had my doubts at the beginning because the odds of this couple finding their HEA was pretty big. Pike blamed Chloe for his sister’s death. This is huge and not easily resolved or even talked about. As it turns out, Pike now has to protect her and her little girl from the Ghost Riders and this is the time together they need.

Pike and Chloe's journey is so heartbreaking. This story will completely consume you and pull on your heartstrings hard. For so long Pike blamed Chole for his loss and Chloe blamed herself as well. Being thrown together changes his perspective and gives him a different glimpse into the woman she really is. This story is about forgiveness, healing and overcoming and it's absolutely a recommended read!

However he does go with Chloe and Gemma when told to protect them. I liked how he learned the truth about Chloe and how they fell in love. Chloe is very brave and I liked her plan to save Pike and stop the threat to her and Gemma. It works. I liked how Ash had the last word for both of them.

This is a very emotional story filled with guilt, blame, survival and action packed drama. Chloe got mixed up with the wrong person and has been paying for it ever since. Those that have come to her aid have also paid the price, sometimes with their lives. Now it's time for Pike to step up, but he is filled with resentment since losing his sister. A story that will grab your interest and have you invested until the very end.

A wonderful intense story. I was hooked from page one, Chloe has been in a abusive relationship. after Chloe killed her husband the rival biker gang was after her, Pike's sister saves her and her daughter and is killed so Pike blames her, But the President demands him to protect her, Such a page turner and I couldn't put it down.

Great Book!!
I really enjoyed reading Pike, it was a great story and sucked me in until the very end. Chloe and Pike’s story was action packed, emotional and the chemistry was HOT too. I can’t wait for the next book Falcon to come out!!
