Never considered low self-esteem.
I got married at 19. Was crazy in love, moved 900 miles away with him. I had no family, friends or job. I got a new friends and a job. Took care with my looks, home, etc. He cheated, with short, fat, older women. I was tall, slim, intelligent and fun. He remarried, a woman, 17 yrs. older than him. A former friend of mine. He drowned at age 54. She was 71 when he died. I have remarried, and love him so much.

Helps you to see all sides
This book was short and to the point. I liked that it listed out possible reasons a man cheats, things that might identify a strayer, and ideas to prevent cheating. While I would love to blame my ex 100% for his cheating that is not the truth. I must also look at my own actions, and this book nudges us to look at the whole picture.
