This honestly was such a good read. Doctor D did not disappoint and was a true sadist with a daddy side. I loved the new things we got in this one and how doctor d stayed exactly how we know him. He likes to give pain and sweet little Camilla loved to take it.

She was the right mix of sassy and sweet and doctor d was all strict with little parts of tender.

We see a bit more in this book of the other places and an outside dynamic of the millionaires who made the island. Honestly I’ll buy this book.

This is typical of this author and is DDLG age play book. If that’s not ya thing don’t read it. If you like DDLG/ age play and like a darker daddy then this is for you.

Okay wow I think this is my favorite book out of the series!!! I loved Dr. D in the books prior, but fully seeing his sadist mind in this one took the cake!!! Camilla thought she would be leaving Dr. D behind, but little did she know he had other plans for her. She fights her attraction in the beginning but after a day goes bad grows quickly into her new status as his babygirl and it just gets better from there. I loved that the Camilla gave in quicker than the rest because her and Donovan deserved the happiness together!!! And again something about a sadist doctor just 🫠

Captivating read, Millie and Dr. Dreadful are on island as he assures her, she is his girl, his alone
Millie has been employed by Dr. Donovan and she has always known that he was not a man to be crossed and she has known that he enjoys having littles cry in his arms so that he can comfort them but she had never thought she would be one of them.
She had handed in her notice and was working out her final week and had noticed a slight change in her boss’s attitude towards but as there was only a week left and she had to attend a convention with him she could not have envisioned what Donovan had in store for the little he has wanted to make his own for over a year.
Whilst Donovan sees the little side she keeps so tightly tied down it only adds to his attraction and his desire to make her his little, she is his and he is desperate to make her his and his alone and she knows that she will not turn her back on the man she has secretly wanted to be her daddy.
He is a sadistic man and it comes as quite a surprise to her that he also is quite a gentle daddy as well but he will not stand for any disobedience or backtalking, he also has means and methods of getting around her stubborn side and his cuddles and smiles warm her heart. She has always wanted a Daddy all of her own and he is so protective and nurturing and she knows she would thrive under his care.
This is another wonderful addition to the Forbidden Pleasures Series….
I thoroughly enjoyed the book and look forward to reading any future publications; keep up all the wonderful writing.

What wonderful surprise this book is I knew that I would be intrigued obsessed with this book way before I started reading it! I been wanting dr D/ dark scary pants to have a story so badly I’m so grateful the author gave us one it’s Beyond what I was hoping for! I couldn’t contain myself even if I tried while reading this very dark theme fun book. The author out did herself with each new story in this series it gets me excited, nervous, and just maybe secretly wanting to find myself on this island just see what I can actually handle among other reasons. I loved getting to see more sides of these characters who new Camilla has a feisty sassy side so many unexpected surprises in this story I couldn’t put it down I pretty much did a all nighter with this amazing story! I wish there was more chapters I can never get enough with this series or all the different characters I will forever reread this masterpiece of a series over and over! The only thing I can think of that wasn’t in this book was one of girls calling Dr D dr Dreadful to his face and seeing what happens afterwards lol I would totally do that myself just to see the outcome maybe it will happen sometime in next book if one of the girls is brave enough to face the consequences of it we see lol:) overall a awesome story lots of steamy parts and so much more to enjoy and keep you glued to your device to the very end!

Camilia has had enough. She has been with Dr. D for a year and been treated badly. At one time, she wanted him to be her Daddy but now, she just wants out. She has given her resignation but she has this conference to finish before she can start over. Donovan isn’t about to let Millie go. He has wanted her since he saw her. He had a rule, not to date staff. Now that Millie has resigned he plans to make her his little. Problem: only Dr. D knows that Millie isn’t going anywhere. I love that she stands up for herself during the conference. But he is confusing her with all the emotional changes. And then being taken back to the island, things change more. Donovan knows Millie can be stubborn. When we learn how Millie feels and how she was treated by Dr. D, I have to say I started to cry. So much pain. The “Family” welcomes them in but the littles, besides Nat, is mean. I felt for her. The world is open for Millie, she just has to trust Donovan. He needs to make things right and show her that he loves her every day. Auntie Cat needs to get her little soon.

Absolutely, positively loved this story. Which is funny because it's a bit different from the others in this series. Millie had come to the island to find her daddy, the ideal she had in her mind, a cuddly, caring daddy. Never mind the sadistic Dr. Dreadful might have had parts of her tingling. She was resigning, and going off to find her daddy somewhere else. She just had this one last pesky conference to attend, with him of course. Donovan had never crossed that line with Millie. He might have disciplined her as per their contract, but nothing more. But once she had decided to leave his employment all bets were off. He loved her sweet submissive side, but the sassy side that popped out after she decided to leave was even more delightful. Once he had her in his nursey, all his desire were totally in the forefront. I loved how Millie gave as good as she got. And Dr. Dreadful, as much as he was a sadist, was also head over for his little girl and gave her all the cuddles she could ever want. I loved that these two found in each other exactly what they wanted and needed. Such a great HEA.

I have wanted this story of Dr.D since we meet him in the very first book and trust me Sadie Minx did not disappoint in anyway !! I am honestly loving this alter ego of Stella Moore so much she’s so phenomenal!! Dr.D has been called many names by the littles on the island and of course he’s called them behind his back if any of the littles want to be able to sit comfortably LOL. Dr.D is def a sadist through and through and Camilia AKA Millie his nurse. Millie who has decided to turn in her resignation to go in search of her own daddy one who is caring, loving and gives cuddles not one who punishes her hard and has sadist tendencies. But Dr.D has other ideas he’s going to make her his own little girl.. so before she can fully resign she has to go to a conference with him. Who knew that Millie has a very submissive and also very sassy side to her which could earn her punishments in her future!! This book was a page turner I couldn’t put down because needed to see what came next!!! I recd as an Arc but loved so much already purchased the ebook and paperbacks too!!!

Daddy Dreadful is the 5th book in the Forbidden Pleasures Island Series and is Donovan Graves and Camilla “Millie” Joy Hamilton's story.

Donovan is known as Dr. D or sometimes as Dr Dreadful by all the daddy's girls. Camilla was Dr. D’s nurse, but she gave her notice and thought she was going back to the states. Dr. D was never going to let Camilla go. He drugged her and took her back to Pleasure Island.
Doctor D is something of a sadist and fortunately Camilla didn’t know she needed his lifestyle. Although, she had been looking for a daddy.

So, Ms. Sadie Minx you must be a little deranged. You have to be to write this Daddy Dominated Series and I love this book and the entire series. There is no way that I could live 24/7 Daddy lifestyle but it sure makes for good reading.

I am looking forward to reading the next book, Mommy Darkest. BTW I received this book from Kindle Unlimited.

I enjoyed this book with Millie and Doctor D and how their relationship progresses from a doctor and nurse relationship to a daddy and his little girl. Doctor D is a sadist of the highest quality and takes great delight in punishing his little girl Millie. This is a very dark romance with lots of spankings and painful punishments. Millie goes from hating her boss to loving her daddy and going onto have a happily ever after as she knows it. We are left with a cliffhanger where Alexis scams men from their money, pretending that she is Catharina Montgomery in the next book in the series, Mommy Darkest.

I think this may be my favorite yet and I know I said that about the last book but this series keeps getting better and better. I’ve wanted Millie’s story since the beginning and I’m so happy she got one and it was everything I thought it should be and more. It’s scorching hot and makes me rethink my life choices.

Yes, it’s dark. Yes, it’s messy. And yes, sometimes it feels like the author is daring you to stop paying attention. I didn’t stop. I’m not proud of that. This is one of those rare books that is simultaneously a punishment and a pleasure: it bruises you, then presses a bruise into a badge. If you want to be coddled, don’t read this. If you want to be wrecked and then, weirdly, grateful for the wreckage, dive in. The dinner scene is delicious.

If you have read the previous books, you have met Dr D and Milkie - if you haven't you may have a tiny moment of "what?" during one scene in the book, but it doesn't impact the story significantly. As it turns out, Millie resigns from her position working for Dr D, therefore making her available as a love interest - a situation he has been waiting for! They appear to be well-matched in both the DD/lg and S/M dynamic. It is in a few ways darker than the previous books as he is an admitted sadist, but then Millie finds she is a masochist. The progression from I hate him to I love him is the theme of the story and very well done...

A very complicated relationship.

From Millie's perspective Doctor Donovan really is dreadful, however it is entertaining to watch her slowly change her mind.

This one touches a few conflicting emotions, the locale really is a very unique island. I am happy that Millie finally found a place that she feels she belongs. 'Doctor D isn't the sweet, snuggly Daddy she had always dreamed of', but she eventually discovers he is the perfect Daddy for her.

In the end, I also changed my mind and accepted that doctor D had Millie's best interests at heart and was her perfect forever Daddy.

This story is so well done that I did not want it to end but I want the next one. Doctor D has been a bit flat as a character in the previous stories but he grows and changes throughout this story. I loved sweet and caring Millie, she has no idea that her Daddy is right in front of her. I loved all the characters and the hot, sexy erotic scenes. I received an advanced reader copy of this book and am leaving an honest review. This book and series can be read as a standalone but I recommend reading all of them. Wonderful and entertaining read.

Oooh! Finally the doctor’s story! Okay I loved this book. Donovan is so intense and so over the moon for Camilla. These two had insane chemistry and I was here for it! Camilla was strong and sweet and absolutely wonderful. Donovan was strict, protective, and he is so good at delivering that mix of pleasure and pain. Ahh! I just loved it. Definitely steamy scenes, and I loved seeing Donovan and Camilla brought into the family. These books just keep getting better!

Donovan and Millie

This is the fifth installment of the Forbidden Pleasure Island series and is just as good as the rest. This is Doctor D and Nurse Millie’s story. Millie thought she knew what she wanted in a Daddy but her whole world gets turned on its head by Donovan and she discovers what she actually needs. If you enjoy reading about medical play and pain mixing with pleasure then this story is for you. The spice level is medium to high for most of the story and they get an HEA. The epilogue sets up the next story and I cannot wait for that one!

What a brilliant addition to Forbidden Pleaseures Island.
Doctor Donovan is intense, domaneering and not letting Millie go.
Im so happy Millie has her own story. i loved her when we first met her and she deserves her happy ever after.
My first impressions of Doctor Donovan get changes in this story. He lnows Millie is his, he now just needs to convice her. Time is short though as she has handed in her notice. drastic measures are called for.
I loved this story. i love the characters and their dynamic.
This is a wonderous world and i highly recommend this book, series, and author.

Possible Spoilers

This is the Drs book. The previous book have hinted at his sadism, and the book didn't disappoint. FMC thinks she's quitting her job and moving on while the Dr has other ideas. He's going to take her has his little. MMC is definitely a sadist and he enjoys being one, no apologies or downplaying his needs/wants. I'm not really into littles, more into the Daddy play but while I've enjoyed this series, the one thing that really annoys me is they all carry their "littles" like you would a real little kid, the impossibility does take away from the story.

3.5 🌟 Mixing extremes often makes for an efficient & dense bdsm book.
Hard to do something more mindfuckey than nurturing daddy + kidnapping sadist. But as usual, brattism got boring real fast for me.
Also, the ritual of admission in the "family" at the end squeaked me properly. Consider me safewording, because pseudo incest & girl on girl action even by proxy is a big turn off. I'll need a gallon of mouthwash... *Shivers*.

I wanted to hate Daddy Dreadful because of how he treated all the other littles on the island but I kind of understand him a little bit better now. He is a massive stickler for the rules and though he wanted Millie he couldn’t have her while she work for him. However, when she turned her notice in, all gloves where off! This is a page turner and you will love every minute of it! I love all the Daddies of the island and can’t wait to read about Auntie Cat next!

Another fantastic story in this series. I loved Donovan & Millie. Donovan is a sadist and in his Little girl, Millie, he meets his match. Millie of course fights Donovan at every turn. Millie is a great mix of insecurities and being a brat. Donovan is both very strict but also displays his softer side for Millie. If you love the rest of this series, you won’t regret reading this installment.

Just when you think the series can't get any more intense, it does! I believe that this is my favorite of the series so far. This series does a great job bringing dark and Daddy. I liked that Donovan was already into Millie but didn't take it farther until she puts in her notice. He was not an easy Daddy but what he brought was what Millie finds she really wants. I love this island.

this is... interesting. i don't usually like age play and diaper play (i'm not sure of the terminology here) so i think this is a case of the genre not being for me. even though i've not read many stories in this genre, i sense that this one is pretty well done since nothing jumped out at me as horrific but i have no basis for comparison.

What does it say about me to rate a book like this four stars? I’m not sure. All I can say is: hells yeah boys.
I skipped #3 & #4 in this series because they honestly seemed a little sad and I just don’t like sad smut. This was the opposite of sad, it was surprisingly tender given the MMC. It was tender, painful and oh so steamy. Definitely my favorite in the series.

I loved it I'm so happy we got Dr. D's story and it was perfection. Time is running out for Millie to leave the island and Donovan has devious other plans for her she did not see coming.

Millie is a breath of fresh air I loved her attitude both big and little so stinking cute. Their dynamic gives us everything, their a match made in heaven.

Dr. D is still sadistic and loves his punishments with that strict vibe but we also see his love and daddy side is amazing for his little girl.

Beautiful writing that I got lost in the story and couldn't get enough.
