Unforgettable saga set in the American Wild West. Go back in time to the late 1970's and 1980's, a time when society was changing at light speed. Travel on Route 66 and follow one man who walked through history in a very unique way, with bullets flying in all directions. Take an adventure with a not so regular Joe and his classmates as they navigate a dangerous profession while coming of age. Fights, stabbings, shootouts, high speed chases, tanks and plane hijackings. Every day is filled with suspense and no one is promised tomorrow. The Fraternal Order is an action-packed thriller mixed with romance, love and comedy. An immigrant tale of Dino, a decorated WWII Veteran who fought Nazi's over the skies in Europe and Carmen a stern woman from great depression Mexico. Set throughout the picturesque Rocky Mountains and unmistakably wild desert of the Southwest, the story carries the reader in and out of the complex lives of everyday people in our society. Witness the beauty of human nature and the horrible people in this world who seek to collapse our safety.
Couldn't put this down. I was fact checking a lot of the stories and they turned out to be true, wild. I especially liked the characters Drew Banks and Geraldine Tanner.
