What if the hardest part of the journey… is coming home?
Stanley thought the hard part was over. But the real world doesn’t make space for transformation.
He’s back—but nothing fits. Not his routines. Not his relationships. Not even himself. The trip with Jeff left him shaken but determined—he thought he was finally ready to live as his authentic self. But being ready… isn’t the same as being prepared.
In The Infinite Connect, the final book in the series, Stanley wrestles with what it means to live authentically in a world that hasn’t changed—but he has. Old patterns pull at him. New relationships challenge him. And one, in particular, stirs something deeper than he’s ready to face.
He’s still discovering who he is—and how that truth aligns with the life ahead of him.
Raw, honest, and soul-deep, Connect is a story about re-entry, reconnection, and the fierce courage it takes to live in alignment with your authentic self.
Because sometimes the biggest journey is the one back to who you really are.
Bestselling author and playwright Will Holcomb captivates audiences with heartfelt stories exploring questions about real life human connection, individual authenticity, and the possibility of how our lives can be transformed by our interactions.
Will didn't start out as a writer -- but he had ideas that wouldn't stop so he started pouring them into words, and ended up with best-selling and critically-acclaimed works. Before he began writing at age 45, Will taught elementary school -- and then went back to college, where he earned his Master’s degree in Computer Science and became a software engineer.
His play, The Puzzler, won the Audience Acclaim Award at TexFest2023, and his other play, Clinically Un-Depressed,continually performs sold-out shows to audiences who repeatedly rave about the show as they laugh through their tears.
Part I of The Infinite Jeff won the Gold Medal in the 2023 Global Book Awards, and is ranked as #1 bestseller in Spiritual Fiction on Goodreads.
Will grew up in northern Michigan (Cheboygan, to be exact) before moving to Texas and landing in Smithville, Texas -- where he now lives with his wife and enjoys time with his 6 children and 4 granddaughters.
Throughout his life, Will enjoyed many interests and hobbies — including building houses, rebuilding cars, building furniture, riding his motorcycle, traveling and exploring new places, and many other things. Will is also on the library board, plays racquetball whenever he can, and also put out an album with an organization he started called “Songs of Smithville”.
The Infinite Jeff Part 4 is the culmination of this incredible series of books. Stanley, the protagonist, takes a journey that allows him to find his vibratory path through life. The book is inspiring and brings up intense feelings and questions.
I couldn’t put it down. I started it this morning and despite working 7 hours today finished it. The connections that the characters create speak of a world where people are respected and encouraged to be themselves.
Don’t miss this series! If you like books the are thought provoking fiction, this one is it for 2025.
The long awaited conclusion to Stanley's spiritual journey is here!
I loved seeing him come back to his family and figure out the next chapter in his life but also struggle in many areas as most of us do. I enjoyed witnessing the light bulb moments he had when things finally 'clicked' for him. I wasn't ready for Stanley's story to end, but respect the 15 years the author took to bring us this incredible story of one man's journey to find his truth and have it aligned with his destiny.
Let’s make this a review for the entire four-part series. What a great journey! I was lucky enough to have discovered this series only about a year ago, so my wait for the final book was just a few months.
While I flew through the first three books in no time, this last one took me a bit longer. Why? Because I didn’t want the journey to end.
It’s clear that the author drew inspiration from many other works and distilled them into this one amazing story. Not only the books that are mentioned directly, but also other influences can be recognized. If you ask me, this should be considered a must-read in the genre of motivational fiction (or is it?). I hope it reaches a worldwide audience. The Netherlands can already be checked off the list.
For me, this won’t be a one-time read. I’ll return to it in a year or two. I just have one small problem: I own the first three books in the old design. I think I’ll buy the complete set again in the new edition for my bookshelf, and give away the current ones.
Thank you, Will, for the years of dedication you poured into this story. It clearly paid off. I can only imagine that the journey of writing it was also your own path to simply being Will.
I LOVE this book SOOO MUCH! The Infinite Jeff series has such a special blend of wisdom and fun, they've all brought me Joy. When I saw book 4 just released on my kindle, I was thrilled to go on another adventure with Stanley. It's books like this that made me wish I read slower, as coming to the end of one of them is like watching a vacation or a really wonderful class come to an end. It still lives on in memory and maybe I bring some pieces forward into my daily life, but still a little sad. I suppose I can always go back and re-read, but the first time through is always my favorite...like opening presents on Christmas morning, the anticipation and the newness. During times like these, when our world feels like it's falling apart, books like these remind me that we DO have the personal power to learn, to grow, to gain insight and to connect with ourselves (our best selves) and with one another. THANK YOU Will Holcomb for these beautiful stories - they warm my heart and give me HOPE!
It took me 15 years to finish the series and 7 years for this book. I've been overwhelmed by all the positive feedback about the first three parts. That made it hard to want to finish part 4. If I wrote the wrong book, the whole series would be wrong. I truly feel that if I had written this book 2, 3, 4 years ago, it would have been the wrong book. Every time I read part 4, there is a sense of completeness. There is so much in the first three parts that I wasn't sure I could bring them all to closure, but I feel like this book does it. I feel like this book makes the first three parts even better. More importantly, the feedback I'm getting is that I'm not wrong in that feeling. Readers love the conclusion. Well, other than it being the conclusion. So often, they tell me they aren't ready for the story to end.
I was looking forward to the release of The Infinite Jeff – Part 4: Connect with a Purpose. I Loved It!! It was well worth the wait. I have so enjoyed reading about Stanley's journey that I intend to start over and reread all four books again.
This book connects the stories and people from the first three books and is a beautiful conclusion to Stanley’s journey. The characters feel authentic and complex. The story is a mix of inspiration, interesting ideas, and is just plain fun to read.
This is one of those books that stays with you. It has influenced how I view my own connections and experiences. After reading The Infinite Jeff, I feel lighter, more grounded, and am reminded to be grateful for each moment. “It’s all part of the experience.”
I’ve anxiously awaited the conclusion to Stanley’s story, and Connect did not disappoint! The new characters brought fresh energy to the narrative, while the return of beloved figures from earlier in the series was seamlessly woven into the plot. Their stories intertwined beautifully, creating a satisfying and heartfelt conclusion to an unforgettable journey.
