All American Coke Whore is not an easy read, and it’s not supposed to be. M. J. Rowe delivers a raw, brutal, and heartbreaking story that throws readers into the life of Faith a woman fighting addiction, trauma, and the harsh realities of survival. From the first chapter, I felt an overwhelming sense of dread because I knew things weren’t going to end well, yet I couldn’t stop turning the pages.What makes this book stand out isn’t just the violence or the darkness it’s the humanity underneath it all. Faith isn’t simply a victim or a cautionary tale. She’s flawed, damaged, resilient, and painfully real. Her struggles feel authentic, making every bad decision and every glimmer of hope hit that much harder.The story captures the vulnerability of people living on society’s margins while delivering a tense thriller that constantly keeps readers on edge. The hotel encounter alone had me holding my breath, waiting for the inevitable disaster.This is a grim, emotionally exhausting read filled with difficult subject matter, but it’s also an unforgettable one. A f***ing ABOMINATION of a book. I read A LOT of extreme horror and splatterpunk, and this crossed more lines than I can think of. I hope this author suddenly loses the ability to read and write. Absolute ABOMINATION.
