This small booklet was offered free of charge in the Kindle store. Professionally laid out, it contains valuable information, on the specific fitness program advocated by the author, along with appropriate and supporting food and nourishment instructions. The whole publication reminds however of the advertorial video sessions which abound on Youtube and are largely designed to give a brief insight into a full-fledged program offered for a subscription fee. Whether this fitness and diet program works and generates the wanted results in a person who attends, is an open-end question. “Pay first and see afterwards” seems to be the chosen strategy. The booklet was suggested to me as a description and presentation of a model to follow in order to achieve fast results in fitness and weight control. Not sure whether I have been convinced of the "Get Commando Fit" plan's value of after having read these 23 pages.
