My favorite takeaway: Focus on what your child consumed per week. Not per meal. Don't stress about hitting every food group every meal, just make sure their week is balanced.
Also helpful to know it can take 7 times seeing a food on their plate before they try it. We've witnessed this several times with our toddler!
Otherwise more of a toddler led approach that doesn't align with our parenting style.
