This is a wealth of information as it pertains to the history of PK/MMI research and what the literature and practitioners say is conducive to PK/MMI. However, the nature of how the book is organized makes for a lot of repetition, and Heath's writing (at least in this book) is very dry and staccato.

For those reading the Kindle edition, note that note of the footnotes are hyperlinked, which becomes rather frustrating for those trying to keep track of the sources.
