(Non-Fiction, Professional Development) This book offered some great tips on cultivating moral during all aspects of managing: hiring, training, reviewing, and supervising. It also offers "toolkits" on building morale during 7 tough circumstances or types of employees. It's a very inspring, and hopeful read.

This book shouldn't be your first one you read about management. There are a lot of generalizations and shortcuts that well trained managers will understand, for example, they know how to engage employees. When you're new to management, try some basic books about rewards, passion and positive work culture. Anyway, that's a nice read!
