While not every claim is based on scientific studies - some are anecdotal, cherry picked, or just personal measures from Tim, a sample size of 1 - this book did teach me a lot about human physiology and how to workout more efficiently. Tim writes many chapters on very diverging topics, but all about the human body and how to make use of it as best as possible. Some chapters are about working out (losing fat, avoiding injuries, gaining muscles, undurance training), there are others about sleep, holding your breath under water, living longer and better, and last but certainly not least sexual performance. As usual, Tim's book is worth reading intellectually, practically and just for joy, but its not without flaws.
This book had a lot of interesting information but I felt like it was very jumpy from one topic to the next. I also would have liked the index card version in the pdf.
