Brought me back home after a time away, to my spiritual practice. Easy read, great reminders on the purpose of anxiety and the many ways in which to live among it.

A little too granola for my liking. There are a few good ideas though. Struggled to finish this.

Anxiety is ultimately a disconnection from what's actually important to us. I have yet to figure out if disconnection causes anxiety or anxiety causes disconnection.... Perhaps it's a bit of both. This book is about reconnection... To the self, our loved ones, and our goals. All books on anxiety ultimately have the same guidance: eat well, sleep more, get exercise, surround yourself with people who uplift you, live into your values. This book was a great reminder to me of what is most helpful with managing anxiety.

I enjoyed this book. I find myself looking at my anxiety in a good way, rather than a bad way. She has great advice and ways to implement the gifts. I will spend more time with this book and use it as a guide.

This had some helpful techniques to see anxiety in a different way. However, the book didn't connect with me as much as I had hoped. Overall, I can see this helping people who are less neurotic and less burned out.
