literally nothing happened and it was so boring are you kidding meeee 😭😭 i also thought this was a christmas book but i'd say it's more about thanksgiving than anything else which... did Not fit the vibe i was going for 💔 the first one was a lot better and that's not saying much.................

The Thanksgiving and Christmas atmosphere and theme feels real enough to be living in the book, in Crescent Lake, with a pack of my own. The details werre well thought out and the sexy, emotional love between the main characters, brings more nostalgia that we all tend to crave especially around the holidays.
Each main character is well written with strengths as well as flaws, making them more believable and easier to connect with. I absolutely adore Izzy and see myself in her situation and her personality and love. Each alpha had their special bond with izzy but the pack together had many many many amazing moments of cooperation and team work.
The idea that all alphas need to be strong and tough heavily portrays on the topic that all men cannot show emotions without feeling and looking weak. For Matthew, one of the alphas, he continously struggles with his panic attacks and considers himself weak, but on the contrary, it makes him more supported and easily loved by izzy, will, and Asher, and by showing emotion,still means he is strong. I love the mental health mentions and the reminder to breath. Even the 5 senses “rule” being used and talked about was liberating. Because anxiety does make you feel alone and invalidated. But with the support of the pack, they validate Matthews feelings which is a big help even if it doesnt feel like it.
The chapters are short playful fun and spicy which makes it best for short attention spans and its easy to put down and know where you left off or easy to backtrack to the chapter.
The famous drink of mixing hot coco and peanut butter whiskey- that is a must try!!!
The trope that one of the alphas is a virgin is different than the original virgin tropes but it makes for an interesting story line in my opinion. We’re used to the confident, experienced, dominant guy who’s had a long list of partners.Making him a virgin subverts that stereotype in a really intriguing way.It’s unexpected, and unexpected = interesting. Also, A man who is powerful, intimidating, or emotionally guarded…but has zero sexual experience?
That contradiction adds depth. It’s a vulnerability where you least expect it. It also implies that he was waiting for the right person, he didn’t want meaningless hookups, he has trauma, he’s too focused, disciplined, or self-controlled- which, All of these make him more complex and emotionally compelling. Instead of the alpha dominating every aspect, you get: an alpha who’s powerful everywhere except here, a FMC who holds the knowledge, dynamic where she’s the one he wants to learn and explore with. That role reversal is intimate and often very endearing.
For a moment there, the one on one sex-capades were fun but i wasnt sure if there was going to be a group scene!! And sure enough—— Chapter 44——- Is the best spicy chapter there is!!!!!
I absolutely love the grocery kiss incentive izzy created for her alphas;)
I thoroughly loved the omegaverse trope. It had everything from suppressants, to knotting and heats, to omega nesting, to even scent neutralizers, scent matching, marking and mating! it made the “omega” in me all giddy;)

Knotty, Nice & Holiday Lights is a fun, holiday season, small town, why choose, omegaverse romance and is the story of Izzy, Will, Asher and Matthew.
After getting fired from her gaming design, Izzy decides to spend her Thanksgiving holiday in idyllic Crescent Lake at a bed and breakfast and avoid her family's judgement. Arriving at the Cozy Crescent, Izzy encounters Will, the handsome, younger Alpha who runs the B&B. He is making it his mission to make sure she is taken care of and dislikes it when she won't allow him to. Out exploring the town, Izzy bumps into Asher, who did work for her old job years ago, until a scandal sent him into hiding. What are the odds their paths would cross in this tiny little town? Fate decides to step in again and has her ex Matthew walk through the door of the local coffee shop. Two years since they broke up, Izzy is taken aback and Matthew panics.
Wht should be an awkward situation between Izzy and three Alpha's feels normal and right. Could fate really have brought them together in this small town and is this just a holiday romance with three hot Alphas or could this be more for Izzy and where she is meant to be?
This was such a cute, fun story to read. I enjoyed the omegaverse aspects of the story, the pack bond as well as fated mates and scent matches. It was interesting to read about the scent blockers and how they are mandated by the government and how Izzy and her Alphas overcame them to find one another. The spice was amazing and I really liked how each Alpha had their own time and space with Izzy but they were able to work as a unit with her as well. The mental health rep was well written and showed how anxiety can affect people differently and how each person had their own battles with it.
If you are looking for a feel good holiday omegaverse romance with wonderful characters, a cute storyline and enjoy fated mates who support one another then this is the perfect book for you. I received an advanced copy of this book and am leaving an honest review as a show of my appreciation.

If you want low on angst, cute, romantic omegaverse, look no further than Raven Vespo's Knotty Nice & Holiday Lights. If you're a regular reader of omegaverse, it has all the highlights - going into heat, multiple partners, knotting.. a good dollop of spice and a lot of sweetness too.
Izzy gets fired right before the holidays and doesn't really want to spend her time off with the family that doesn't think she measures up and is waiting for her to fail. So with her friend's good natured pushing, she books a place at The Cozy Crescent in Crescent Lake. It's there that she meets young alpha Will and his packmate - who she met years before , a Brit named Asher. They know right away that she's their scent match while it takes a lot longer for Izzy to recognize this fact.
Complicating matters is her ex from long ago Matthew, who ghosted her and left her completely out in the cold. He's the hero whom I had the most trouble warming up to.. including his lackluster excuses of why he decided to ghost her instead of having an open and honest conversation. Both Will and Asher realize that Matthew is supposed to be part of their pack, but his wariness at being involved comes through loud and clear. So he's still kind of got one foot out of the door while Asher and Will are all in when it comes to Izzy.. and that's why it took me most of the book to come around to the idea of Matthew.
That being said, Izzy, Will and Asher have great chemistry and the spice is plentiful and fun.. Things come to a head as they discuss family and living options, and where to go in their careers.. very neatly tied up, perhaps too much so..
That being said, if you're looking for a sweet, pretty light and fun read for the holiday season, I would recommend Knotty, Nice and Holiday Lights!

this was a very sweet holiday, low angst omegaverse. it starts right before thanksgiving and goes all the way to new years, giving you a lot of time with the pack and their development while still being a bit insta-love.
however, it lacked some of the elements of omegaverse that I really love. Izzy is all scent matched to her pack, Will, Asher, and Matthew. but bc of the the scent neutralizers in the b&b, she doesn’t realize right away. i was a little confused if it was just the neutralizers that made it difficult for Izzy or combination of the scent neutralizers and the suppressants she was on bc the men seem to realize right away who she was to them.
what i was really missing in this book tho was the nesting aspect of an omega, a true heat scene, and the bonding/bite marks to them a pack. Izzy never talks about nesting or creating a nest once they all move together. and when she has a heat, she doesn’t realize what is happening nor does Will. and it only lasts one night and is never mentioned again or about future heats. the thing that really bummed me out tho was the how anticlimactic it was when Izzy and Asher bonded. there is never any mentions of bite marks/bonds and when it happens between Izzy and Asher, it just sort of… happens and then is never brought up again. and it’s never mentioned if she bonds with Matthew or Will after or in the future.

I'm always on the lookout for new omegaverse, and when a holiday one drops I'm most definitely picking it up! I loved the 'build a pack' aspect we see in this one, along with the varying personalities, mental health rep, and cozy holiday vibes!! This has 'gamer' vibes as well which I haven't read much of and really enjoyed and would love to find more now! This one has plenty of spicy scenes to hit that spot and then also has all the cozy holiday vibes you could want wrapped up in an omegaverse bow!
I would rate it closer to 3.5 stars (and then I round up), because I do think there was some issues with things being glossed over and some weird mid-chapter breaks of topics that maybe should have been expanded upon or started a new chapter. There were heavy emotional moments that were just cut off at times it left me confused. I also wanted a bit more from the omegaverse aspect of the book, it often times felt like a second thought and there were things missing or just not ever talked about that you would expect in this genre. I think some additional editing or outside perspective may have been necessary to get this a bit higher of a rating.
But if you're looking for a lower angst, more cozy, holiday, omegaverse, then this is definitely a fun read! I am a bit intrigued about the next book as well so I'll most likely be adding that to my TBR.

Cozy omegaverse read that is perfect for the holidays!
Down on her luck after being fired and not wanting to face her parents, which is so relatable, Izzy finds herself in a very cozy winter town with three very hot alphas.
What can a woman possibly want more then three men vying for her love and attention after just getting a hint of her. These alphas go feral after just smelling her, but they do take the time to get to know her and make sure she is on-board with the insta-lust. I really enjoyed the communication that is consistently taking place throughout even when this is a short but steamy read. They all have their own baggage as well, and while it is touched on, this novel is low angst but definitely helps flesh out the characters and their own experiences. I really enjoyed these four and would love to see more of them!

Sweet baby Will is keeping up his parents dream with the local B&B. This wasn't his dream but after losing his parents he needed to keep it running.
Asher came to town running from the rumor mill. He was an actor accused of the worst thing possible, at least it is to him. Now he has been living at the B&B for the last year.
Will dated Izzy previously but the stress of his game streaming responsibilities took a tool on his mental health. He was not handling it well so he retreated and then ran without telling Izzy anything.
Izzy is the Omega that will bring them all together. She worked at high end video game company until they let her go. Now with the holidays she doesn't want her family to know she isn't going home.

This was such a cute holiday book! This was my first time reading this author and I will definitely pick up more of her books from now on.
Izzy worked at a big gaming company. She got fired the week of Thanksgiving. Not being able to stand hearing her parent’s disappointment in her over this hobby of a job, she took her best friend Bec up on a quiet getaway. As soon as she gets to this quiet B&B, she knows things are different. She can smell it in the air. Will is so handsome and nice to her. She is in town and runs into an old work colleague only to find out he is at the B&B too! Next up she runs into her ex who basically ghosted her years ago. With all this unlikely luck running in the air, who knew her scent matches would be right in front of her?
I truly love this story and ALL the characters. The build up, the arc and then the ending. I love how well each character complements each other and supports each other. Truly such a good book! I highly recommend anytime, but especially through the holidays!

Knotty, Nice & Holiday Lights was a very cute Christmas book. It does hit a few sensitive subjects for some so check the trigger warnings. Izzy just fits in so well with these men. Will was such a cinnamon roll alpha and I love that he was a gamer. Asher was definitely the more dominant one out of them but I can see Matthew being just as dominant if he wanted to be. Matthew I can understand on a personal level because I feel everything he does. I can I ky imagine what he went through in life. If you're looking for a Non-Shifting Omegaverse where the Alphas fall hard and fast for their Omega then this is the book for you. Happy Reading Everyone!

Before I dive in and give my thoughts I wanted to say I received this as an arc read.
This book lived up to my expectations. I had read the first book in the series earlier this year and loved it. This one was just as amazing.
Crescent City is the perfect little town. It’s cozy and just the right size, not too big. Everyone who lives there is lovely and looks out for one another. It’s just the place I would love to live. It has a feel-good vibe that makes me want to climb into a pile of pillows and blankets; like creating a cozy nest, and curling up with a good book and my favorite snacks.
Knotty Nice and Holiday Lights is a wonderful choice if you’re looking to get into the Omegaverse world. It has a bit of everything: protective alphas who worship their omegas, spicy scenes, and no drama between pack members. It’s all set in a cozy atmosphere.
Although each character has personal troubles from the start, they work through them together as a pack, forming a family.

This holly jolly novel is packed with cozy feels and a whole lot of holiday charm. If you're a fan of the Crescent Lake novels, you're in for a real treat.

This was my first omegaverse book - I went in blind, not sure what I was expecting...I did think there would be wolves or shifters? I was wrong. I kept waiting and there were no wolves. I had to google it afterwards because I didn't know there was a possibility of non-shifters. So, if that is your first thought, just know that this is not that.
I realized a little late that I hadn't reviewed this yet so its a bit delayed. I do remember thinking that Izzy's friend was great for sending her on an awesome vacation when her life was turning to ashes. I think that her friend had an idea of what she was doing sending her to Crescent Lake. I am glad that she met her pack and some of them she had already known. It just felt like it was all falling into place. It was definitely a fast-paced spicy read that touched on a few heavy topics without overpowering it.

I think it's a really cute, no angst, story and hits the holiday feelings perfectly. And I think the characters are well done.
However, the story felt a little rushed and jumpy to me. And yes, sometimes it was just conversations changing to avoid hard topics, which is understandable, but then there were page breaks I felt like maybe should have been new chapters. I have also read a lot of omegaverse and I feel like Izzy's heats should have been talked about more. I get one sneaking up because of finding her scent matches, but there was no food prep, closing the B&B (not that it got a lot of business anyway), prior consent, etc, for the second one? In which they bonded. Without talking about it beforehand.

Knotty, Nice, and Holiday Lights is book two of the Crescent Lake Cozy Omegaverse Series.
This was exactly like what the series says, a nice cozy read. I loved seeing the dynamics of the pack being formed and all of these characters realizing their importance for each other. All of the guys were amazing in their own way, but Will gets the recognition for being my favourite. There was something about his character that made him the most loveable. You will not be disappointed in any of these guys as they are all fantastic. Izzy needed a break in life and found her forever in this small town. I was glad she found these guys to be there and support her through her tough times. But then that is what they all did. They all got together and helped support each other in their hopes and dreams. This was just a feel good read and I loved every moment of it.

Yes please. The FMC tries for some downtime losing her job. But she didn’t expect the very hot alphas to be there as well. Will, Asher, and Matthew are about as hot as any alpha can get. And they want her. Being an omega with nothing but time in her hands, why not?

A decently cozy read, there is so triggers related to loss and mental health issues so keep that in mind. I would rate this book a four on my personal spice scale as it is an omegaverse so there is knotting and things of that nature but there’s nothing overly kinky minus a scene with some light bondage so it’s a bit on the 3.5 to 4 scale as I’m not sure I would fully call it a level 4 given that level is usually a bit more of the light kinks side. The story is pretty rich in information and the flow of the book is good, the pacing felt a tad weird at moments but nothing that really affected the read for me personally. I quite enjoy the story and the packs shared love of video games it’s quite cute.

RH Sweet Holiday Omegaverse
Cute read. This was sweet and spicy with low angst and no major drama. The MMCs were all super sweet but each had a bit or baggage/ trauma that throughout the book they worked through together.
If you’re into men who are instantly obsessed with there scent matched omega this one’s for you.

Cute read. This was sweet and spicy with low angst and no major drama. The MMCs were all super sweet but each had a bit or baggage/ trauma that throughout the book they worked through together.

Cozy/Sweet Omegaverse has me in a chokehold. Add in a holiday themed and I’m OBSESSED.
This story is so frickin cute and so frickin hot 🥵
We have a little town where everyone goes to hide, self care or vacation. And they tend to find more than peace.. they find pack.

This was such a delightful winter omegaverse read! Crescent Lake has the exact cozy, snow-dusted charm I love during the holidays, and the dynamic between Izzy and her very different Alphas was so fun to follow.
Will’s sweetness, Asher’s quiet intensity, and Matthew’s familiar longing each brought something unique to the story, making the chemistry feel warm and comforting rather than chaotic. The small-town setting made everything feel soft and nest-worthy, and the cameos from earlier books were such a treat.
A low-angst, feel-good reverse harem holiday romance that gives you all the fuzzy, cherished Omega vibes. I’m definitely hoping we get more of Bec’s story next! ❄️💙🎄

If you enjoy reverse harem, low angst, insta-love, fun and quick reads; this is the book for you! This book was very different from a lot of other omegaverse books I have read previously. Asher and Will are completely new Alphas to Izzy, while Matthew is a blast from the past! All three Alphas have their strengths and weaknesses but together they all find their Happily Ever After!
I would say I did have some issues with how it felt like certain conversations were rushed in the book as well as the past between Izzy and Matthew was not fully discussed. Izzy's heat was different than a lot of other omegaverse books that I have read. However, it didn't take away from the story.

When Izzy is suddenly laid off, her friend suggests that she go to Crescent Lake and hide out for a while but nothing could have prepared Izzy for what new adventure she is about to go on. Knotty, Nice, & Holiday Lights brings us back to the small town of Crescent Lake and just in time for the holidays. The story is light and relatively fast-paced with a cozy vibe to it so it’s hard to not enjoy. I had a lot of fun with this one and because it’s so short (under 300 pages), it is so good to ease into the holidays with.

Knotty, Nice, and Holiday Lights by Raven Vespo. This is my first book by this author and my first time reading a Omegaverse romance. Not sure if it was the authors writing or this type of romance but I did not enjoy this book. The beginning of the book felt like it was missing details or a back story. You learn about Izzy losing her job and going on a vacation. Then she meets Will and runs into Asher. The two guys are having an off page conversation that you have no idea what they are talking about Izzy. I felt like there could’ve been more of a back story for someone that’s never read a book about omegas and alphas. ⭐️⭐️ out of 5 stars. Very spicy book tho. 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️
