Swift Rider Nahia and Eki have been sent to the deserts of Tremia to help General Iama of the brown Army put down the rebellion of the desert tribes led by the rebel Red Squadron. Since she’s on the side of the Rebellion, it’s a dangerous job, playing both sides.

Lasgol and the Snow Panthers have taken refuge on the island of York, hoping to work with the Golden mage there for weapons against the dragons, but the York regent is giving them trouble.

Loved it, can't wait for the next!

Footnote: 1) I usually ignore most small errors, but this one was just too silly not to say something. eBook chapter 60, page 371, about 87% in. “…his head hit the floor after his head did.’ LOL.

Fave scenes: killing the brown dragon in the water, Nahia facing down the dragon, Yatro’s defenses, and fixing the gold magic problem.

Awesome story

Man, I love this series! I just wish that all of the books were already published. I find it so frustrating to have gaps in my memory. I know how Lasgol feels. 🤔🤔😤
Story line is still captavating and keeps me very interested. I read this 400 page book in three days. Which for me, meant I was reading at least 6 hours each day. I am going to have to go back to the beginning and reread the story. Some stuff I remember, but quite a few details have been forgotten. I remember the rangers, but the other people are forgotten...sigh. Please, Mr. Urvi, don't leave me in suspense like this...I don't like it. I will do what I need to do to satisfy my curiosity about the outcome of this series but I will carefully preview any future series and WILL NOT read new adventures until the series is completed. I think you are a phenomenal writer and I truly appreciate your work, but I don't like the games publishers play...or whomever it is that makes these decisions...

Not a single time since book one have I not enjoyed this series. There are plots within plots and the characters stand out. I will admit that the character Viggo is more than a little bit annoying and grates on my nerves. And I must admit I wouldn’t miss him if he went away. But other that it’s a fine series and well worth anyone’s time to read.

Excellent read with a lot of action and re uniting of old friends and allies and the meeting of new was and lots of adventures and plans for which were well written. Pedro Urvi continues to keep his readers and fans entertained and wanting more. I'm looking for what all he has planned for the worlds next and will be looking forward to the Bearers coming out in march.

Really entertaining and fascinating

I loved the story though the author didn’t get to the bold plan side until the last 100 pages or so. It’s because he’s laying the foundation for various plot lines to converge. I look forward to the next novel.

Excellent as usual

More excitement, action and unlikely forged alliances in the fight against the tyrannical dragons.

Just wish I could binge read the series instead of waiting months for the next one!

Loose eds tied up

When I finished The Path of the Ranger, I couldn't believe all the loose ends and cliff hangers. This book finished tying up those loose ends. I'm looking forward to the next book.

Nahai does her thing and masters it just fine. The snow panthers are out and about saving another member of their unit. Like the book. The action was good.

I still like the story line, but the proofing, editing and translation seems to be getting worse with each new installment. Lots of typos, misspellings and inconsistencies.
