This book provides an interesting view on wolves from Ms. Menatory's French perspective. For this reason alone, the book makes a highly entertaining read. The scope of the book is broad, yet focused; it touches on many aspects just enough to engage the reader and create that intense desire for wanting to know more. Ms. Menatory's personal experiences add a nice touch. Splendid photography throughout...one of the finer collages of wolf images I've seen, esp. considering that it includes so many of the wild canid, difficult-to-photograph behavioral characteristics. Highly recommended.
