Keep Austin (Para)Normal: Book 2

Rate this book
Cassandra is not your usual detective in Austin, Texas. It has been a few months since Cassandra met Ryan, her now vampire boyfriend, and learned the secrets of the supernatural world and Austin. Even crazier, she discovered she actually one of them being part-Fae herself. She and her partner, Detective Ethan Hart, work the cases others won't or can't. Those cases are the ones perpetrated by the supernatural/paranormal beings in the city. Now she is faced with a new case that pulls her back into the underbelly of Austin's supernatural world. When a group of teenagers mysteriously die after playing with a Ouija board, Cassandra is assigned the case. Things she thought were nothing more than childish toys could actually be used to summon real ghosts and reapers. It was all fun and games until one decided to go after her. Ryan, Ethan, Cassandra, and Emma will all have to work together to solve the case and release the spirits back to their worlds. While the humans may think the slogan "Keep Austin Weird" comes from the humans in the city, Cassandra now knows it's really from the supernaturals living amongst them. Austin is indeed America's weirdest city. Don't believe me, just wait and see where this case takes Cassandra and the others.

Another great book

Love these characters. Austin is like another character in the book. Wondering if anyone else is going to tour the places in the book ? Just hoping not to run into any of the paranormals. ( ok maybe just Atticus and Emma ) if you like a good paranormals mystery and a strong female character like Cassandra - you will love this book.
