Not so sure about this one

In my journey of fighting inflammation, I've never been told to drink a liter of fresh celery juice every morning... 30 minutes after drinking a liter of lemon water. How on earth do you fit that all in your stomach before your smoothie breakfast? Do you know how much celery it takes to make a liter?
But i guess that might appeal to some people.
Maybe this book has information that might help a few people, but it's not for me.

Excellent guide to lowering inflammation

It always seems overwhelming when I pick up books on changing to an anti-inflammatory diet, but not so with this one! She breaks down the details in clear fashion, on what foods to eat and to avoid, what supplements can help, and what other lifestyle choices matter. And I love that this is her journey that she’s sharing her experiences from. Highly recommend!
