There was some fine basic information here, but it wavered in between the tone of a “girlfriend’s guide” and a book purely based on information. Little things like the advice to just “not look at your postpartum body in a full-length mirror” as a way to regain self esteem were beyond cringeworthy. PASS.

Very educational

This is one of the most educational books I have read. Sticks to the facts and I received a lot of wisdom from it. I’ll definitely be recommending it as a book for new moms. Good for dads too!
