One choice... One sacrifice... Happily ever after... I'm beginning to question it's existence ~Tai~
Tai and Raiden are happy, their life together is moving forward. She has complete rein over their wedding. Time isn't on their side though as Lee's health takes an unexpected turn for the utter worst. And just when things are stressful enough for them both documents arrive from the Lukas family. Documents that will alter their world and possibly their happily ever after search. Can Tai stand and be strong? Will Raiden allow her to make the ultimate sacrifice for him? Does happily ever after exist?
I'm Amanda Kay, a married mother of two. I have a degree in Multimedia Journalism with a minor in Political Science. Writing has always been a way for me to release the stress of everyday life. After a while I decided I wanted to share my stories, but I wanted them to be affordable for all so after some careful consideration I decided that my E-books would always be just $0.99 cents (USD). Mission
My mission is to hopefully give readers a voice. As a teacher and mother of two I see the struggles teenagers and young adults face every day and I hope my stories can be something they can get lost in, but also find hope in.
Vision
My vision is to inspire every day. Not only through my writing, but also in how I carry myself and interact with people on a daily basis whether in person or online.
I was lucky enough to be a beta reader and let me just say you are going to love this book by Amanda Kay. this is book two in the search series and it give you more of Tai and Raiden. those questions you have in book one and the need for more will be filled once you get a hold of this book. i don't want to spoil anything because it is an amazing read but i will leave you with my favorite quote.
"Raiden stop it. I can handle it , all i need is you"
you are not going to want to miss this series so add it to your TBR(less)
Amanda Kay second book in the search series is as good as the first. Simple devoured this book. Thai and Raiden are planning their dream wedding and happily ever after but there are forces that wish to drive them apart. When a document. Surfaces that states that Raiden must marry a vampire it causes tension between them and w surprise pregnancy further complicates things. Will Tai and Raiden get their happily ever after. Cant wait to read the other books in this Series.
I expected a lot more from this book, and was disappointed. First of all this is not a vampire romance. Just because the hero has a pair of fangs that appears once, does not a vampire make. Ok, he did technically convert one human. But still if there is a test to become a card toting vampire, he failed abysmally. I read books 1 & 2 back to back because I had hope that things would pick up. It didn't. This series read more like a juvenile romance. A hero and heroine in their twenties that came across as teenagers. The premise of the story held promise, but it needs to be fleshed out. Yes, he's a Vampire Prince and that's that. Some crazy rules and no supernatural powers.
This 'Vampire' can do the following:
1) Go out into the sunlight 2) Eat Food 3) Get Sick and Die 4) Cry, cry, cry 5) Make Babies 6) Convert a mortal by one bite (the only vampire bit)
This is an amazing story all the characters are very well developed. Raiden and Tai are getting ready for there wedding when a document gets delivered by Kai. Raiden is trying to find a loop hole in the document because he doesn't want to break his promise to Tai. Lee gave Raiden 3 weeks to find the loop hole and if he doesn't Tai's decision stands. Meredith doesn't like Raiden and she has been pushing Jordan on Tai every time she calls. I love this story.
