I loved this book. This book concludes the crossed series 4 books in total all are wrapped up and can be read in there own right as they all have a relationship that is told within them, but there is a story that runs through them and they are best read in order to keep track of what is going on. this book wraps up most of the loose ends that have carried through from the other books.
I really felt for Sky in this book, to have to have lived her life the way she lived she was just existing. It was great to see her develop and mature through the series and to get her HEA.
Interesting choice for her partner I wasn't sure about him in the earlier books and. I am still not sure about his father not having had some involvement in what transpires within the storyline.
I felt that book 3 and 4 of this series this book is 4 evoked the most emotional reaction from me. I cried in some parts like a baby so the connection in the book was very strong. I felt the writing style in parts was very Lily St Germain and I love this style of writing. very raw and gritty in places not fluffy.
Across the books I did feel that Sky was the one that I felt the most for so I am glad the last book focused on her and her relationships both with her family and her man.
Sorry if I am vague but I hate the review telling me the story I want to read the book for the story!
I really want to read Scars book I think that will be interesting.

This is another great read by Lacey Silks. This is Skyler and Cash's story, this book is very well written and the characters are very well developed. I loved that I couldn't put this book down and that I felt very connected to the characters. I look forward to reading more books by Lacey Silks.

Another great addition by this author. This is Cash and Sky's story and the last in this series. It ties up loose ends and a really enjoyable read. Great series.

Biting my nails to the bitter end I was so invested in the out come of this book that, I wasted a box of band aids! Sexy and smoldering Cash has redeemed himself in this book. Which of course leaves me wanting more of this series and the characters.

But when she meets the real Cash "Harry" Wagner will the same sparks fly and attraction pull them together as she felt in Vegas when they didn't know each other ????

Crossed Off is the final book in the Crossed series. I absolutely love this series and Crossed Off was no exception. This book was just perfect. Lacey gave us drama, suspense, and hotter than hell sex and wrapped it up with a perfect HEA. I was anxious, happy, sad and scared at different times in Crossed Off.
If you've read the series, you will know it was quite the transformation from country Skyler to the city Skyler. Skyler is hiding out in the city from her evil half brother who wants to kill her to avenge his twin brothers death. Skyler has been working under an alias in an illegal money laundering operation. While on the job she met Harry, who really happens to be Cash Wagner, her bosses son.
Cash is working to stop his father's illegal dealings and clean up the Wagner family name. He tricked Sky on the job and got her fired. Let's just say that it ends up working well for her. Cash is absolutely swoon worthy and protective. He falls for Sky and can't get enough of her.
Both Sky and Cash have pasts that are painful and they are hiding secrets about themselves. Can they open their hearts and heal each other? Together they work to end the last illegal Wagner operation. This job ends up being more than they bargained for and Sky is in for the fight of her life.
I highly recommend this book. You should read the other books in this series first.

Skyler Waters is living in hiding. After saving her sister Annabelle from Randy, her crazy half-brother, she ends up with Mateo, his twin looking to find her for revenge. She has found a job where she becomes someone else to make projects happen for Mr. Wagner. While in Vegas she enlists Harry, a guy she is attracted to, something that hasn't happened since she fell in love with Blake, but there can't be anything between them. Too much is at stake for her. Then back in New York she has to attend a gala and there is Harry but he is really Mr. Wagner's son, Cash. Cash turns her world upside down as she learns that Mr. Wagner's projects that she thought helped charity really weren't as he was laundering money which ends with her losing her job. Now Cash is very intrigued with Skyler so he pursues her and a fabulously sexy romance emerges. Cash then enlists her with one more project to stop the last illegal business his father maintains which has them working together. Of course, Skyler is carrying a lot of pain and secrets, will she be able to trust Cash and open up to him? We learn Cash has his own pain to overcome. The sexual chemistry and emotional depth we get between Skyler and Cash is off the charts which draws you in wanting to know how all the obstacles with end up.

This series was a great one and following each character/couple was exciting as well. I love Laceys writing and look forward to more.. On to my review.
Skyler Waters Aka Missy Thorpe is more in this book than she was in the last two. She is so brave, sexy, and confident. Although she tries to stay hidden she ends up running into some trouble that isn't as bad as she thought. I really loved reading about Skyler because she has blossomed in this one although I really expected the meek character she always was but now.... *mind blown*
Cash OMG!! Cash Wagner is sex on a stick!! He is strong, sexy, educated, and hard working. Who can ask for more in a man? He has lost a lot in the past and feels like he's losing some in his present. Cash wants to save his family name and ends up destroying and saving a lot more than that. I fell for Cash hard because he was so sweet but had a hard outer shell also. He is so passionate and understanding yet pulls no punches either.
This series will really keep you captivated and on the edge of your seat. The mystery and suspense involved is really fun to follow. The Waters and Fields may be country but they will kick your A$$!!! Five disguised stars have been granted :)

Great series ender! I have really enjoyed the Crossed series, not as much as the Layer’s series, because let’s face it you just can’t get much hotter than Tristan. I had been intrigued by the Wagner family since we met them in Grace’s story and I was very excited for Cash to get a chance to shine, and I was not disappointed. We all met Skylar in Emma and Eric’s story and I am sure I can confidently say everyone was routing for her to find happiness. Skylar and Cash seem to hop in the sack together rather quickly, and we are saying I love you after a week or two, but both characters had faced such terrible loss in the past that the quickness worked for them. There’s isn’t as much suspense to this one as we normally get from Lacey Silk’s stuff but it was still quite enjoyable. As always the romance was sweet, the sex was hot and the characters quite endearing. This is a must read for any series fans, and if you haven’t started any, go back and start with the Layer series and then read on; you won’t be sorry. Next up I am happy to see is Scar, which let’s face it after Grace’s story the intrigue behind him is huge, can’t want to see what the author does with and for him.

Skyler has moved to NY to keep her family safe from her half brother who is out for revenge after she killed his twin brother. She's been working under an alias, in Vegas where she meets "Harry". Harry helps her with the illegal money laundering she's doing, only she has no clue that Harry is really Cash, her bosses son. Cash is trying to take down his father's illegal business to clean up the family name.
Skyler and Harry part ways in Vegas, only to run into each other again. Skyler is surprised to see Harry, and he seems to know way to much about her. They had a connection in Vegas, but she still hadn't gotten over the loss of Blake, so to run into him again and find out he wasn't who he said he was doesn't sit to well with her. He tells her, "there's nothing easy about me pretending I still don't want you."
Together they work to not only take down his father's illegal operations, but also help each other face their pasts.

Crossed Off is the last in the Crossed series. With the Cross and Waters families, you can't go wrong with both of these great series. Skylar Waters has been hiding for two years, hoping that her half-brother will not find her. She hardly ever leaves her apartment because she doesn't know who she can trust. When she gets help in Vegas from a seemingly nice guy, she can't believe it when he shows up at a gala in New York. Cash Wagner is trying to get his father to go straight, and he has a few things left to do it, while his father tries to block him at every turn. Cash offers to help Skylar as they seem to be drawn to each other. Can Cash keep her safe and and show her that he can be trusted? Will Skylar go back home to her family? What will happen if Mateo, her half-brother, finds her? I loved both of Layers Deep and Crossed series and love reading anything that Lacey Silks writes.

Great book, but sad to see the series end. This book is about Skylar, whom we met in a previous book. Skylar is a very complex girl and has a connection with Cash, from the Wagner crime family.
Skylar is grieving from a devastating loss and is not interested in starting a new relationship. However, she and Cash have instant chemistry (but she doesn't know his real identity yet. Shhhhhhh. She is torn when she finds out Cash's real identity. hat is until she finds out who Cash really is. Cash won't give up easily and makes Skylar begin to believe that they could have a future.
We have the hot and steamy sex, and the good loving between the characters. Well written characters and a descriptive story line.

I am so sad the series is over :-( this last one was very good! So hot and sexy and sweet and loving! Love the characters! I am glad I can eventually read about Scar! Hopefully it all works out for him too!

assuming her true identity as skylar Waters, missy hides ion New York only to fall for cash Wagner of the crime family Wagner. plus, Mateo, her half brother on her dad's side is still out to kill her for killing his twin in self defense. it does end hea.
