USA TODAY bestselling author Stephanie Bond was seven years deep into a systems engineering career and pursuing an MBA at night when an instructor remarked that she had a flair for writing and suggested that she submit to academic journals. But Stephanie, a voracious reader, was only interested in writing fiction–more specifically, romantic fiction.

Upon completing her master’s degree and with no formal training in writing (her undergraduate degree is in computer programming), she started writing a romance novel in her spare time. Two years later in 1995 she sold her first manuscript, a romantic comedy, to Harlequin Books.

In 1997, with ten sales under her belt to two publishers, Stephanie left her corporate job to write women’s romantic fiction full-time. In 2011,

Stephanie launched a self-publishing business. Since that time, she has sold more than 1 million copies of her own books. To-date, Stephanie has published over 70 novels and has over 6 million copies of her work in worldwide distribution in numerous languages and formats.

Bourbon Girl Part 2 of 6 is a daily serial where the.story is told in daily increments from.July-Dec. This book takes place in August. Bernadette's mom died recently and.she is looking for her dad. The only thing she knows is that he worked in bourbon distillery in KY which is how her Mom met him. Bernadette lives in an old RV and gets a job as a tour guide that visits distilleries. The story is beginning to pick up. Bernadette meets some people who give her clues who her mom could have been dating. She needs to track down the people from 30 years ago. There are a lot of disappointments but she is beginning to make friends. I'm looking forward to the next few months! #BourbonGirl #dailyserial #StephanieBond

This serial book (1 episode a day from July 1 to December 31) is about a tour guide for Kentucky bourbon 🥃 but your company. She’s looking for her father. After her mother died. She only knows he worked in the industry 30 years before. She’s had a couple of maybes but they haven’t panned out. The emotional roller coaster of “what if” and “nope” is palpable. Along with making friends, and petty jealousies, this book has a lot of drama. With all these plot lines each moving along, it’s engrossing to feel like I’m there.

I'm really enjoying this storyline. Though I'm not a Bourbon drinker, my son is and it's fun to learn more info about the industry. The characters are very likeable, and the author's descriptions of the areas in Kentucky make me feel as if I'm on a tour bus seeing it first hand with Jett at the wheel.

Hook, Line and …

I am really enjoying this series. As someone who is on the hunt for her bio dad, it validates the feelings that go along with it. It has me invested in the characters and so hopeful for her. Even more, I am a newlywed and my husband loves Bourbon and we took a road trip to Kentucky earlier this year to visit some of these distilleries. For all those reasons I feel so connected to the book.

Great Read

I've become invested in finding Bernadette's missing relative. Being a Kentuckian, and traveling along the Bourbon Trail with the author is so satisfying. I was hooked after reading Book 1, now I can't read quickly enough. Great series.

Poor Bernadette

If only she had had the opportunity to develop more self confidence. She has the bravery and perseverance. Also traces of the anxiety that eat away at her.

love this series

Love having Two Guys Detective Agency in this. Hoping for more of their story after book 2 left their story dangling!

Hopful

Things are heating up for our leading lady; in more ways than one (good heat ,annoying heat, hopeful heat). I'm excited.
