It’s good to be back in Westen. This short holiday novella was packed full of surprises. What looks to be the time leading up to Gage and Bobby’s wedding actually turns out to be much more. Seems someone is out to sabotage the wedding. Added bonus was when Chloe comes to town for her sister wedding and catches the eye of Gage’s Deputy Sheriff Wes Strong for more reasons than one. He senses right away she is hiding something and a spillover from his spec ops days has him digging to find out what that is. Wes and Chloe defiantly have some hot chemistry going on but their story is unfinished at the end of this book. Hopefully it will be next in the series.

Close to Home is the fourth book in the Westen Small Town Series. It is a wonderful example of romance, combined with a twist filled suspense story.
Characters that are a part of the series continue to grow and develop through this book. Picking up with Gage and Bobby, the town of Westen is preparing for their wedding. All of the characters from the series show up bringing their own special endearing qualities with them while the mystery grows.
Once again Gage's past is coming to haunt him, in the form of his psychopathic ex-wife. She's determined to ruin the wedding, punishing Bobby is a side benefit.
In this book we get to know Bobby's sisters a lot better. Chloe has her own problems and I have a feeling, she'll be back in Westen before too long. I think she and Wes have their own story to tell, and personally, I can't wait to read all about it.

Oh I loved this one I really enjoy being in Weston with all of the characters they are so easy to get along with and with Bobby and Gage's wedding just about to happen this story will have you turning the pagea I read this one in one sitting and am now eagerly awaiting the next installment in the Weston series. Don't miss this one

A brief novella to bring the gang up to speed on the denizens of Westen and to maybe offer a tease of a future story. Miss Bobby is getting married, and lots of things happen. Unfortunately, some of them are not nice at all. It appears that the Sheriff and his crew will need to solve a mystery before the wedding.

Quite the cliffhanger...can't wait for the next one
Gage and Bobbie are perfect...the perfect romance and fairytale...I'm waiting for Chloe and Wes....the stalker storyline will be quite thrilling

CLOSE TO CHRISTMAS

A short novella that draws things together.
Is Chloe being followed? That is what Wes wants to know. As with the other books in this series, the town of Westen pulls together to help both couples.

A great small mystery. The wedding is wonderful, the intro into Chloe's story is perfect (who one Was had a sense of humor), and Moira gets what she most certainly deserves. I look forward to the next book in the series.

I wish I had read this before 'Close to Danger'. It's a cute novella that clears up a lot that happened in the previous books.

Not bad. I was hoping we’d seen the last of Gage’s evil ex. Ended on a bit of a cliffhanger.
